Our home on the Cote d'Azur is located in a peaceful environment with lovely views and walks through the Brague Valley. The picturesque village of Valbonne is within walking distance and it's just 20 minutes to Cannes, Antibes and the beaches of the coast. The Bastide has six bedrooms to accommodate 12 guests, a/c, lawned garden, private heated pool, petanque and olive grove.

An imposing stone bastide set within a beautiful private garden with a 12x6-metre swimming pool which can be heated and pool-side lounge and dining areas. The property provides accommodation for 12 guests in six spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms and five bathrooms arranged as: three double bedroom suites, a double with adjacent shower room, and an apartment with a double bedroom with garden access, plus a double/twin and shared bathroom. There's a large reception room and very well equipped family kitchen as well as a second living room/tv den. From the living room, French doors open onto a big terrace with covered dining table and seating area and Weber family gas BBQ. On the terrace is a stone fountain watering lemon and lime trees and fresh mint - ideal for mojitos or refreshing mint tea in the evening.

The property sits on a hill overlooking the Valley of the River Brague Natural Park where there are beautiful walks accessed from the property. The pretty medieval village of Valbonne - with its many restaurants, cafes, shops and lively Friday market - is within easy walking distance. It's a 25-minute drive to the beach on the Cap d'Antibes or the gourmet restaurants of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, and half an hour from Nice airport.

This is a gorgeous and very spacious villa. We had a really wonderful time with our family and friends who joined Highly recommended!

BIG GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE

This villa has very nice bedrooms and the kitchen is well equipped. Big garden and outdoor space. bbq and outside terrace has a dining table which was big for all our family and sitting area in the shade. Very nice pool. We had nice walks by the river and forest.

The villa was spacious, and the garden, pool and outside area really lovely! I must also comment on the excellent service we received from Aurelia; she was very responsive and dealt with everything promptly and efficiently.
