This gorgeous 6 bedroom villa is the ideal holiday home located near the popular villages of Valbonne and Mougins. This spacious home offers comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests, beautiful indoor and outdoor living space and a great pool with surrounding terraces.The villa is set in extensive grounds and offers 500 sqm of living space. The villa is divided over 2 floors with 4 of the 5 bedrooms on the pool level and the Master bedroom and main living areas on the ground floor. The 6th bedroom is an independant studio. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The villa has been fully renovated and remodeled to a high standard with exquisite taste in 2023 and satisfies all modern needs. The kitchen is well equipped and leads onto the spacious dining room. There are several living rooms spread out over the ground floor.
From this floor guests can enjoy a covered outdoor seating and dining area overlooking the beautiful garden and surrounding hills.
The Master bedrooms is also located on the ground floor and offers a spacious bedroom with large double bed, ensuite bathroom and balcony that connects to the outdoor seating area.
On the pool level a further 4 bedrooms can be found, each with their ensuite bath or shower room, and all lead onto the garden / pool area.
The 6th bedroom is located in a fully self sufficient guest cottage with cosy living area, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
The gardens are very well maintained, charming and include an olive orchard. The outdoors offer multiple areas for guests to relax, enjoy outdoor dining and have fun around the pool. The pool area is completed with outdoor kitchen facilities. A typical French boules court is available too.
The villa's location, in the triangle of Valbonne, Mougins and Mouans Sartoux is the ideal hub to explore the best of what the Cote d'Azur has to offer. It's a 20/25 drive to the coast and Nice international airport.

By K. Thyssen on 01-Jun-2024We stayed 10 days in this lovely classic villa with three generations of family members. The fact that each room has its own beautiful bathroom is a big plus. The house has been tastefully renovated. All the original doors, for example, have been retained, but have been cleared and varnished. Furniture, sanitary facilities, kitchen fittings are on top 2024. Lovely beds too, really luxurious. There is enough space in terms of seating both inside and outside so that everyone could find their own lounge spot if they felt like it. The garden is a picture, wonderful to stroll through it in the morning to see which flowers have come out again. The pool is large enough to swim laps. The refrigerator at the outdoor kitchen is super handy for a nice drink at the outdoor bar. A number of our children came to "fly in" for a week as it is called nowadays. The village has a train station and there is a direct connection to Nice airport and Cannes. Very handy. Large good supermarket nearby and the Côte d'Azur at acceptable distance. Cleaning, garden and pool maintenance are well taken care of. Behind the house is enough parking space for several cars. Every now and then some work had to be done and that went fine thanks to the powerful wifi. The village is picturesque with many small restaurants and bars, so you don't always have to go to the sea. In the evening dining together on the terrace with a view of the valley and the setting sun.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you could need (a true home away from home), and the beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen were perfect for those long summer evenings. The terrace, which connects to the dining room, offered stunning sunsets that were just breathtaking. Perched above the charming valley of Mougins, the location couldn't be better. There's a convenient train to Cannes at the bottom of the hill, and it's just a short drive to Cannes, Antibes, and Nice, with the airport only 25 minutes away. Looking to the left you'll see the Mediterranean Sea, tempting you to its lovely beaches. For those who enjoy cooking, there are well-stocked shops nearby. If you prefer dining out, there are plenty of excellent restaurants in the area (all listed in the provided guide). This villa is perfect for a family gathering or a relaxing getaway with close friends. Highly recommended!
