The Villa is situated in a residential area in the hills above Cannes in an area called Super Cannes.

Wonderful views of the surrounding hills and mountains and yet is only 5 minutes drive to the sea.

There is easy access to local shops, restaurants and bars which are approximately two minutes drive away. The drive down into the centre of Cannes and the Croisette is less than 10 minutes. There are several fantastic golf courses all within 10/15 minutes drive away.

Monaco is approximately 45 minutes drive away by car, Antibes is just 10 minutes.

The first floor comprises of the master bedroom with air conditioning, en-suite and has access to its own private sun terrace. The lower floor comprises of the living area, kitchen and a further three bedrooms, all of which have air-conditioning. Each bedroom has individual access via french doors to the gardens. On this floor there is another bathroom (with bath and separate shower and WC) and also a further shower room with WC and sink. The kitchen which is brand new has all new top of the range appliances including a dishwasher, a large fridge freezer with water dispenser/ice maker, a microwave, a pyrolytic oven, and separate wine fridge. The spacious living room has a lovely wood burning stove along with comfortable seating for eight with TV, hi-fi and DVD, there is also a dining table that seats eight. A family barbecue area with large dining table is accessed via the kitchen. There is also a separate wash room area with washing machine and two tumble dryers.

The villa has been completely redecorated and is maintained to the highest standards. Comprising of a mixture of modern and antique furnishings.

Around the pool there is a large terraced area boasting eight luxury sun-loungers, parasols, dining table and chairs. The fully tiled swimming pool is accessed via steps at one end suitable for children and leads into a depth of 2 metres (overall size 15m x 5m).

There is also private secure parking for 4 cars on the driveway.
