Description
Beautiful, spacious villa for 10 people, located on the edge of the holiday park Les Rives de l'Ardeche near the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc in the Ardèche. At the park, guests of this villa can make free use of all park facilities, such as the large communal outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and playground. From the garden you can walk to the river l'Ardèche within 500 meters.Accommodation: 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Spacious living room with sofas and armchairs, television with Dutch channels among others. There is a large dining area with chairs, open kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Air conditioning is also available in the living room. Through the sliding door in the room you can walk onto the covered terrace towards the private swimming pool. In addition, there are two bedrooms with air conditioning for two people and a bathroom with bath and toilet on the ground floor.
First floor: on the first floor you will find three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Two of the three bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning. All bedrooms upstairs have new mosquito nets. All beds in the villa are made up for you.
Outside: in the spacious garden you have a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards and hills, the villa is located on the edge of the park. There is a private swimming pool of over 9 x 4 meters, which can be heated for an additional fee. There are enough sun loungers around the pool to enjoy the French sun. The swimming pool is open from April to October. Would you rather retreat to the shade? Or dine in the shade? Then you can do so on the lovely covered terrace with table and chairs. At the back of the garden there is a new and comfortable lounge set available for guests. Guests can also use the trampoline, at their own risk. Parking is possible on the private driveway. For electric cars you can use the charging station between 9:00 and 18:00.
In 2025 you can also use the new terrace and the new private jeu de boules court.

Wonderful place!
By R. van Doren on 01-Jun-2025What a wonderful place Villa Bonne Vie is! We had an unforgettable cycling week here with a group of friends. The area is perfect for both road cycling and gravel biking, with beautiful routes right from the doorstep. The house itself is stunning, spotless, and fully equipped. The view over the vineyards is truly phenomenal. After a day of cycling, it was wonderful to relax in the pool or play a game of pétanque. The canoe rental, within walking distance for a trip on the Ardèche river, is also an absolute must-do. You can tell in every detail that the owners maintain this house with a lot of love. It's a perfect place for groups of friends, but I will definitely be coming back with my family, especially since there is a lovely trampoline in the garden for my daughter. One small tip for the owners: a key lockbox would be handy for groups who prefer not to take the key with them. For the perfect holiday in the Ardèche, this house is a must-book!
