Villa on the cozy holiday park Domaine Les Rives des l'Ardèche for eight people with a private swimming pool. The villa is located near the river Ardèche, accessible from the park by stairs, 5 minutes (drive) from supermarkets, the cozy center with authentic streets, the weekly market, shops, restaurants and terraces.

The park Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche, with French-Dutch reception, has a large communal swimming pool with sunbeds and terrace, jeu-de-boules courts, tennis courts, outdoor sports equipment and a playground that guests can use free of charge.

In high season there is regularly a food truck with pizza or chicken on the park and you can order snacks at the reception. Various activities are also organized in high season such as: rental of electric bicycles, Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga and a wine tasting.

Spacious living room with sitting area and fireplace, television. Dining room with dining area and double sliding doors that give access to the covered terrace. Open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave. Washing machine and dryer available.
The villa has four bedrooms, all suitable for two people. Two bathrooms, one with bath, sink and toilet (ground floor) and one with shower and sink (first floor). The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi internet. The beds are made upon arrival.

Outside: garden with covered terrace with dining table and chairs, private swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 1.50 m) with Roman steps. At the back of the garden there is an extra lounge area, a wonderful place to enjoy a French snack platter.

The private swimming pool is open from April to October and there is more than enough parking on site.
The villa is located next to Villa Bienvenue and these 2 villas can therefore be rented for larger groups. If you are travelling with a large group, it is nice to rent two villas next to each other.
