This lovely recently renovated, fully air-conditioned APARTMENT occupies the entire ground floor of the villa and includes a spacious ensuite studio at the side of the villa.THIS PROPERTY IS NOT ADAPTED FOR A DISABLED PERSON.
Although an apartment the rental experience is more like renting an entire house in that the first floor of the property is never rented except when the entire villa is rented. The apartment is completely self-contained with its 4 double bedrooms and 3 shower rooms and has EXCLUSIVE use of grounds terraces and HEATED pool.

MINIMUM STAY DURING HIGH SEASON IS 7 DAYS, TURN AROUND ON SATURDAYS
The villa is only a five-minute walk from the centre of the ancient village of Collobrieres and is set in peaceful wooded grounds and gardens with panoramic views and a full-size lovely pool with motorized safety cover, a play area with swings and ping pong table.
The location is ideal for all kinds of holidays. It is within easy access to BEACHES, the MARINA with excursions and WATER SPORTS, THEME PARKS, CYCLING, excellent GOLF COURSES and KAYAKING for outings whilst the location and terraces of the villa offer a restful and tranqull environment.
THE FIRST FLOOR IS NEVER RENTED SEPARATELY.

The apartment offers 4 FULL SIZED COMFORTABLE AIR-CONDITIONED DOUBLE BEDROOMS consisting of:
One double-bedded bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin-bedded bedrooms, a further shower room and a separate toilet and a fourth comfortable double bedroom with shower and toilet, TV and air-conditioning in the studio.
All bedrooms have garden / village views with French doors opening onto terraces / garden and are AIR CONDITIONED.
There is also a modern fully-equipped air-conditioned kitchen / living room with French doors opening onto terraces and garden.
Other facilities include a large outdoor BBQ, free WiFi, satellite TVs and DVD player utility area with washing machine and dryer.
There is a weekly housekeeper & pool / gardener. Other domestic and food facilities can be arranged.
All linen towels and beach towels supplied. Cots and high chairs supplied if required.
THE FIRST FLOOR WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE IF RENTING THE ENTIRE VILLA ON REQUEST.
The ENTIRE HOUSE can be available during certain periods by special arrangement. In addition to the ground floor this includes: The First Floor: Sleeps 2 (100m2) Large living room with “American” kitchen and French doors opening onto veranda and steps to garden. Very close to the lovely and authentic village Collobrières. Valentijn and Barbara were very friendly and kind hosts and we can highly recomment to stay there. The kids (but not only them) loved the very big pool!

By Lee Reynolds on 14-Jun-2025Lovely property in a beautiful location, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was great, it was well equipped with utensils and cookware. Large swimming pool with plenty of loungers and lots of outdoor space for relaxing away from the pool. The local village, Collobrières, was only a short walk away with more than enough shops and restaurants. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Valentijn and Barbara were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and all your help leading up to and during our stay. Would highly recommend.
Trail des maures
By Virginie on 08-May-2025Nous étions un groupe à courir le trail des maures à Collobrieres. Cette maison a plu à chacun de nous. En effet, nous avions suffisamment d'espace, la maison était très propre et très bien décorée. Elle était aussi bien équipée pour cuisiner. La piscine a été un + pour se détendre. Valentin s'est montré disponible et nous le remercions.Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.
Lovely break away from it all.
By Sarah on 10-Aug-2024Property had everything you needed. We spent our time lazing around the pool and in the evening eating on the terrace. Our teenage son loved having his own space with the separate studio, Valentijn couldn’t do enough to help you, being on hand but unobtrusive. The village sounded lively with celebrations and music in the evening but we were just there to soak up the sun and rest. So you had the best of both worlds here.
Family friendly and relaxing stay with something for all generations

This charming home from home was loved by all generations of the family. Our 6 yr old grandaughter enjoyed the pool and learned to swim without floats. Thank you to Valentijn for his help and welcome. Thouroughly reccomended

By Ad on 20-Jul-2024We had a very nice stay. House is on a hill with view on the pittoresk town Collobrières. The house has all comfort clean rooms with airconditioning.the heated swimming pool is big and clean.
