Stylish 70's style holiday home with stunning views that can accommodate from 2-12 people.Located in the Pembrokeshire National Park, just on the wooded flanks of Carn Ingli, the backdrop mountain to Newport, Efor Grug from it's elevated position has spectacular panoramic views over the sea, Nevern estuary and Newport village.
A contemporary holiday home which is designed around the great view. Large picture windows adorn the lounges and kitchen which are on the first floor and means the ever changing scenery will be a constant of your holiday whether inside or out.
Within easy walking distance (6-7 minutes) of Newport Town village where a friendly welcome and excellent array of pubs, restaurants, shops and galleries await.
From the doorstep there is great walking either onto Carn Ingli, to the beach or on one of the many ancient footpaths.
Furnished in a retro style in keeping with its 70's heritage a recently completed two storey sunken extension means the house has all the modern amenities expected today.

By Hannah on 22-Aug-2025This property exceeded all our expectations-the photos just can’t do the views justice. On first entering the living space the feeling is Wow! We slept 8 adults 3 children and 3 babies comfortably and everyone was able to find their own space. The kids loved the trampoline. The adults loved the indoor/outdoor living. A great location for exploring North Pembrokeshire with plenty to do - a week was definitely not long enough!
Comfortable, fun, and views that gave us joy every day!

The house itself was very comfortable and practical with an extended dining table to seat all of us for family meals. The views from the living room, dining area and kitchen were incredible - a delight to the eyes and the soul. The master suite provided the ultimate in luxury. Everyone was quite comfortable and we had great fun in the house, the patio, the garden and the surrounding area. There were excellent walks in the countryside and into town from the house. Newport offered a skate park which the kids enjoyed and several shops and cafes that we all appreciated. We did not bring bicycles, but I would expect that cycling would be a joy as well and the garage would provide ample places to park them in a secure place.. Within short drives there were several historic sites as well as a fantastic beach. From the first enquiry, Charlie was quick to answer and was ever so helpful. The whole experience was delightful.
A perfect holiday home for large family groups

The accommodation was spacious and well-equipped, the views glorious and the location ideal for access to lovely beaches, walks and other activities. The trampoline in the garden was a real bonus and we all enjoyed the peaceful rural setting, while being within easy reach of shops and other facilities.
Wonderful getaway
By Tanya on 20-Dec-2024Loved, loved this place. Was perfect for our family getaway to celebrate a grandparent's birthday and Christmas. The layout is perfect for larger groups and the house was very homely and comfortable. The views from the large windows were spectacular- no need for the big TV! Perfectly located for some beautiful walks, lovely pubs and restaurants.
A beautiful getaway

If you’re looking for a nice relaxing break - then this is a perfect little paradise to unwind and recharge. Accommodation was cosy, clean and well equipped with many options nearby - beaches, walks, villages, pubs etc.
