This superb house benefits from spacious rooms allowing the whole holiday group to dine together or relax in the reception lounge with its Smart TV. With original features throughout, this large holiday let comes fully equipped and boasts 8 bedrooms and 6 bath/shower rooms (5 of which are en-suite).

Outside this large holiday house, much of the gardens are walled and extend to over an acre complete with: an all weather tennis court; an indoor heated swimming pool with telescopic enclosure that can open out for hotter days, complete with its own shepherd hut changing room; and an outdoor table tennis table. This area also houses the BBQ and the long benches for sitting and eating at.

Inside the house, there are many original features still in place throughout and all rooms are spacious. There is a homely kitchen that opens out onto the 20 seat dining room so perfect for meals in the house.

The lounge seats 20 with ease on comfortable sofas with wall mounted television and a wood burner for the colder evenings.

This house is particularly well equipped with bathrooms and has five en-suites as well as a lovely family bathroom. All bedrooms have crisp white Egyptian cotton linen and excellent quality duvets to ensure a lovely and relaxing night’s sleep.

Ideally located for a holiday, this house is perfectly situated for a huge plethora of activities and days out. Close by is historical Walsingham with its: religious shrines in honour of the Virgin Mary; the ruins of two medieval monastic houses; cafes and public houses; a steam railway to Wells next the Sea; and the wonderful Walsingham Farm Shop. Just a little further and you are at the coast in the lovely seaside town of Wells next the Sea. Wander along the coastal path or stop by the quayside for a fresh fish and chip supper whilst watching the fishing boats bob on the sea. Infact, this whole area is famous for its fabulous beaches, Nature Reserves, seal watching, as well as lovely eateries and shopping. You do not need to travel far to experience a truly wonderful Norfolk holiday.
