Wells Next The Sea is situated centrally in the North Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Pauls Maltings is the former Maltings building situated on the Quayside, now converted into 5 flats.

Number Two is situated on the first floor and is accessed by a staircase to the rear of the building, it has wonderful views from the open plan sitting room / dining and kitchen areas.
