Wells Next The Sea is situated centrally in the North Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Pauls Maltings is the former Maltings building situated on the Quayside, now converted into 5 flats.
Number Two is situated on the first floor and is accessed by a staircase to the rear of the building, it has wonderful views from the open plan sitting room / dining and kitchen areas.

2 Pauls Maltings is perfectly situated for a holiday. It is on the coastal path with walks along the coast to the west and the east.
Staithe Street is a few minutes away with a baker, butcher, fishmonger, green grocer and other shops.
The Granary theatre is equally close with a good programme of live events and films.
