A fabulous venue - perfect for a large family gathering (to celebrate my Mothers' 80th). The owners could not do enough to help/prepare us for our visit - the communication and instructions for the property in the lead up to our stay were outstanding.
Excellent communication & information. Gorgeous property with plenty of bathrooms allowing privacy for each couple. Efficient heating, well equipped, plenty of off road parking - highly recommended

Fabulous quirky cottage, perfect for a get together with very dear friends.... loads of space and the large kitchen table was perfect for our lovely dinner on the first night and lazy breakfasts.
Perfect accommodation for a large group ranging from 10 to 70+ years, well equipped and very comfortable. Galton''s Cottage is in a great location with cycle trails and lovely walks close by. Shops very close too. The children loved the games room and the adults loved the bar!! The welcome basket and flowers very much appreciated.
I would definitely use Short Stay Homes again. I can’t fault this company. The communications were very forthcoming and if I had an issue it was dealt with promptly. Payment links and reminders were easy to navigate and use and the deposit paid back promptly after our stay.
