Description

This beautiful 3 bedroom property resides on a quiet road in East Preston, Littlehampton. It’s close to the local shops and cafes and only 8 minutes walk from the beach.
The kitchen is huge with dining for 8 and 4 seats at the breakfast bar. There is a utility room with dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi and surround sound tv and Bose sound bar in the lounge alongside the stunning electric fire. There’s also a downstairs loo. Beautiful back garden which is secure. Dogs allowed in living areas only and not upstairs please.

The downstairs single bedroom has the option to use an additional pullout with mattress and use of a sleeping bag or normal bedding as required.

There is Garden furniture and recliners plus Chimania.

There are local Tennis courts and a local cricket pitch.

Lovely home in a great location

We had a lovely stay at Ronnie’s (owner), which really was a holiday home away from home. Everything there that you could want- spacious and modern kitchen diner, cosy lounge, comfy bedroom and good shower. It was great to have a washing machine and dishwasher for a longer stay. This home is in a fantastic location; only a short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants, the beach and especially for us the tennis club. Pets were welcome and Ronnie couldn’t be more friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Amazing Place

We had the best holiday staying in this beautiful house. It is very clean and furnished elegantly. The location is amazing a very short walk to the beach and to town center. Thehost is friendl. Its a quiet and very comfortable. We highly recommend it

Fantastic location

This is a lovely house in a fantastic location, a short walk from the beach and local amenities. It is quiet and peaceful. Decorated to a high standard throughout, as the name suggests, it is really comfortable and truly feels like a home away from home. The homeowner is responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend and stay again
