Description
Samphire is an exceptional newly built sea-front holiday property right on the beach in East Wittering. The spectacular sea views are maximised by its upside-down living style. The stylish and modern open plan living and dining space, plus well-equipped sleek kitchen area on the first floor, is wonderful for entertaining or to simply relax and unwind in whatever the time of year. Comfortable seating, a log burning stove, large TV and uninterrupted views of the sea through the glass bifold doors, make Samphire as appealing in the winter months when the sea is raging as it is in the summer. When it comes to finding a summer holiday home though Samphire truly comes into its own. With the bifold doors open and the sun shining, the light and bright living space leading out to the glass balcony offers inside-out living at its best. Steps down from the balcony to the lawned garden and beach just beyond mean that the seaside is literally on your doorstep. A separate sitting area or study space to the rear of the first floor is a useful room to work in or escape to for some quiet time. There is also a fourth W/C on this floor.Comprising of:
Bedroom 1: King size bed, with en-suite bathroom with shower (ground floor)
Bedroom 2: Double bed, with en-suite shower room (ground floor)
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (ground floor)
Off the large entrance hall on the ground floor are the well-sized bedrooms, accommodating six guests. The master bedroom on the beach front side is a beautiful bright room with king-size bed and glass bi-folding doors leading out onto the garden. It enjoys its own luxurious en-suite bathroom with large walk in rain shower and double basins. The second double bedroom to the rear of the property also has a modern en-suite with walk-in shower. The third bedroom has twin beds and shares the family ground floor bathroom with shower over bath. All three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and are simply furnished in a modern beach style.
Outside at the front of the property, the large garage offers safe storage for your bikes and water sports kit and a utility space with washing machine and tumble dyer. The roadside driveway has parking space for two cars.
Samphire is a spectacular home, bursting with modern coastal features and fresh bright spaces! It’s the perfect beachfront property to enjoy with friends and family all year round.

By V Leeves from Milton Keynes on 08-Nov-2021A very nice house, well equipped, right on the beach and only 5 mins walk from the shops and restaurants. The sunsets were amazing. Lovely addition of automatic everything! We stayed in November, so didn't get much use of the garden, but it was kitted out well. Bedrooms were very comfortable, bathroooms clean and modern. In conclusion, a lovely house that is well worth the stay.
A stunning family holiday house

Winter Break

Views of the sea were amazing particularly on a stormy day. We enjoyed some gorgeous walks on the beach at East & West Wittering together with the East Head. The South Downs are also a short drive away.
