By Rachel Freeland on 28-Oct-2025We went up to Yorkshire to catch up with our daughter. The cottage was very well equipped and very comfortable. The location was super- we explored Haworth, went to Hardcastle Crags and Hebden Bridge and had a windy time on the moors at Ilkley and Top Withins.
Such a great view
By Suzanne Vogel on 08-Jul-2024We had a super nice experience at Hawksbridge Cottage. The cottage was in an excellent state, beds were comfortable, duvets not too warm or too cold. The owner responded to all my questions promptly. We were welcomed in the home by her sister who was lovely as well. The kitchen was pretty and well equipped, Everything worked. Most of all, the views were lovely and the location was perfect for visiting several places and towns in the dales - if you have a car.. No idea what public transport is like. The only problem we had was that the internet was dodgy
Peaceful retreat
By Val Kershaw on 14-Jun-2024Visited this sweet cottage for two weeks to show our Granddaughter who was visiting from New Zealand the surrounding countryside incorporating Haworth and the Bronte parsonage. The cottage had everything & more to make the stay comfortable, too many little touches to mention but we really did enjoy our stay and will miss the wake up call from the cockerels and the little rabbits playing in the field! Thank you to “The sisters” we made some very happy memories here.
