This charming modern holiday home provides comfortable centrally heated self catering accommodation for two guests, with its own private entrance and parking. An open plan lounge/diner/kitchen has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with bi-folding doors offering direct access to the decking and garden. The bedroom is provided with a Super King sized Zip and Link bed. The fully tiled shower room is equipped with a thermostatic shower and large sized enclosure.

An open plan lounge/diner/kitchen is fitted with bifolding doors opening the whole of the lounge area onto a decking area and outside seating. The lounge is furnished with a two seater sofa and dining table and chairs. There is a wall mounted smart flat screen TV. Two thermostatic central heating radiators ensure the room is warm at all times of the year. Zoned recessed spot lights give plenty of light, with an uplighter and reading light.

A good sized bedroom is fitted with a glass fronted built in wardrobe offering ample storage and hanging space. The super king sized Zip and Link bed can be configured as a Super King double or as 2 full size single beds. All bed linen is provided, with beds made up prior to arrival. The bedroom has the benefit of a wall mounted television, thermostatic heating radiator and LED recess spotlights.

A fully tiled shower room is fitted with a thermostatic shower and a good sized shower enclosure, hand basin and WC, LED recessed spotlights, heated ladder towel rail and forced extraction with a good sized illuminated mirror. A bath and hand towel is provided for each guest, though guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

Salmons Leap is about a mile from Weymouth town centre and famous old harbour. There is a bus stop close by, with buses going to Weymouth and Dorchester.

Bookings are generally taken on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, though three and four day breaks can be arranged in March and October. A non refundable deposit of 30% is payable on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Our Terms and Conditions are available upon request.
