The ground floor comprises of a lounge with large Smart TV and comfortable sofas, kitchen/dining room, a ground floor twin bedroom and a large downstairs bathroom.On the first floor you’ll find two further bedrooms, an upstairs WC and a games snug with beanbags, Xbox and DVD player – with a selection of games and films. One bedroom is a double-bedded room, the other adult twin-bedded. All rooms are designed and furnished with your rest and relaxation in mind.
Lovely large towels, comfortable luxury linen, free Wi-Fi.
Ground floor twin bedroom and bathroom, kitchen/diner lends itself to allowing all the family young and old to enjoy their holiday together.

By Andrew james on 05-Jan-2025Great location, just a short walk to Whitby centre. The newly renovated kitchen had everything we needed for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). Being pet-friendly was a huge bonus for us!
Absolutely amazing host, and property.
By Alison on 15-Aug-2025Absolutely amazing host, and property. Had a last minute cancellation the day before we were due to arrive and found Debra's property on air bnb. Debra was extremely helpful and accommodating and we could not have asked for a better host. It would be brilliant for anyone with mobility issues as a bedroom and main bathroom are on the ground floor. I would 100% stay again without any hesitation. Massive thank you
