Description

Fantastic 3 bedroom cottage on the sea front in Sandsend with WIFI and parking. Situated on the beach front in Sandsend this fantastic property is ideally located for the beach, the woods, the local pubs and award wining restaurants. The property has 3 bedrooms and is laid out over 3 floors. There is parking for 1 car outside the property and a car park within 50 yards.

The entrance porch leads into a country style kitchen with a Belling range style dual fuel cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining table. Leading off the kitchen is a staircase leading to a double bedroom with a super king size bed. A further staircase leading from the bedroom leads to the bathroom with bath, shower handset, sink and toilet.

Next to the kitchen is the livingroom also with a staircase leading up to a twin bedroom and bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet then up another staicase to a 2nd twin bedroom.

The living room has a flat screen tv and log fire ( generally a small number of logs provided between October and April) Bedding and towels are provided.

Pets are accepted upon request, a small fee is payable.
