Very adequate for eating and sleeping whilst holidaying in the area add to that surrounding countryside lovely valley and of course the passing steam trains. Big kitchen cosy living room and bedrooms and accomodating host. Pleasant short walk to Grosmont with nice cafe in the old school house. If there was anything negative to say it would be crossing the ford into grosmont..not a problem with water below 1ft but a bit of a detour otherwise and not easy to reverse if you chicken out.
