Spread over four floors with the kitchen & dining rm in the basement & access to a cosy outside space. The lounge & single bedroom can be found on the ground floor and a separate wc; On the first floor you will find a large bedroom with king-sized bed & family bathroom. On the top floor you find a large bedroom housing a double & single bed, separate shower room & the forth bedroom which has a single bed & views of the Abbey.

By Kim on 07-Aug-2025We stayed Monday-Thursday and had a family get together at the Rovers Retreat. We had an amazing time. The home is beautiful and decorated with little notes of Whitby everywhere including the history of the house. Everything is provided for and comfortable and we all felt very much at home. Parking was available and a stone’s throw from the town center near the co-op and everything you need. Clean towels and bedding and honestly a really wonderful stay. Thank Gill for your hospitality and clear, kind communication. We will definitely be back x
