Description
Perfectly positioned in the heart of this spectacular coastal village, Stay accommodates up to 7 people in comfort and sits just a short level walk from Widemouth beach which is rated 'Excellent' in the MCS Good Beach Guide and has received the coveted 'Blue Flag' award; the Gold Standard for beaches internationally.Widemouth Bay has a general stores, fresh fish shop, two great pubs and a selection of places to eat, all within a few minutes walk from Stay, where a short drive north along the coastal road arrives you in nearby Bude, being a well-equipped, traditional Cornish town offering a good selection of shops and enough activities for everyone.
Stay is a spacious and modern bungalow offering open-plan living, a well-appointed kitchen, separate utility room, 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The large rear garden is laid to grass and fully-enclosed for our dog guests to enjoy, with the sheltered, south-facing patio providing plenty of space to BBQ and relax.
Bedroom 1: Has a comfortable Super King size bed, sliding doors that lead onto the patio and its own ensuite bathroom with high-pressure shower.
Bedroom 2: Has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe storage and is next to the main bathroom containing a bath and high-pressure shower.
Bedroom 3: Has a 3 full-size single beds, 2 of which are within a sturdy bunk-bed. Again there's plenty of storage and a bathroom opposite containing WC and washbasin.
Stay has safe off-road parking at the front of the property and an EV charger is available for your use.
The A39 (known as the Atlantic Highway) is just a mile inland from Widemouth Bay, providing an easy link to a host of other great locations in North Cornwall.

Beautiful house in a perfect position!
By Sara C. on 23-Apr-2019We had a fantastic weekend here in Widemouth, aside from the amazing Easter weather, the house was absolutely perfect. It had everything we could have wanted and we loved it. There were some fabulous touches too, the cream tea was one of them! We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and walked a lot as well as exploring Bude. Can’t wait to go back!

By Sarah J. on 26-May-2019My husband, our dog and I stayed here for two weeks recently. Such a fab location, was lovely to just be able to walk down to the beach. The house itself was well equipped, was a lovely place to come back to after longs days exploring the area and even had decent kitchen knives which we find is a rare thing! The garden was perfect for our dog, very well secure which meant we could let him out in the garden without worrying that he’d try and escape! The only thing we struggled slightly with was the WiFi, which even after rebooting was rather slow. Overall we were sad to leave, can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend. :)

By Lesley C. on 03-Jul-2019Loved everything about Stay. The open plan living is perfect for socialising ... we have family in Bude so it was lovely to have the space to have them over as well. Great for a barbecue ... plentiful crockery etc for the extra people. Great location for the beach and walks. Would definitely choose this property again.

Having stayed for two weeks, we all agreed how peaceful and relaxing the house was and during that time there was nothing that we needed that wasn't already provided. The location was perfect, ideal for coastal and country walks, and for days (and evenings) on the beach. Can't wait to visit again!

Bit unlucky with the weather, but didn’t stop us going to the beach every day and coming back to the lovely house. Beautifully furnished, very clean with lots of home comforts. Would definitely recommend!
