Description
The beautiful single level cabin is furnished to a high standard consisting of open plan fully equipped kitchen with island, coffee machine, dining and living area with a large corner sofa, cinema tv and surround sound and complimentary wifi and Netflix available during your stay.Whether you choose to order in or cook your favourite meals while you stay with us, you are provided with everything you may need in the spacious and modern kitchen area including a 4 burner gas hob, double oven and built-in microwave, kettle, toaster, American fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. All the essential items such as pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, mugs, glasses (including plastic for young children) etc are provided.
Choose to eat at the kitchen island on the tall wooden bar stools or even better looking out over the lake at the comfortable dining table with traditional dining chairs and benches. A highchair is available on request for those families staying with younger children.
Woodhall Spa is a beautiful former spa town, with its Edwardian character it is regarded as one of Lincolnshire's most attractive villages. Woodhall Spa is famous for its peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It has lots to offer including supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, butchers, two top class golf courses (one officially ranked 61st best in the world!), Jubilee Parks outdoor heated swimming pool, a cottage museum and the unique 'Kinema in the Woods'. It is the perfect location for a break or holiday. Lincoln City centre is located 20 miles from the Lodge.
There is so much to see and do in the area. Woodhall Country Park has lots to offer including three fishing lakes for guest use, bike hire facilities and a children’s play park. Ella Lodge is on the doorstep to numerous cycling and nature trails. Spa Trail, Viking Way and Water Rail Way are all accessible close to the Lodge. It is a short stroll to the local traditional pub/restaurant offering locally sourced food and a take away menu.

By Luke on 06-May-2024We had an amazing bank holiday weekend at Ella Lodge, it was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for our trip away. We loved the walk into Woodhall and enjoyed the local produce from the deli and butchers which we cooked on the BBQ one evening. The hot tub was perfect and was ideal for stargazing during the evening, the lack of light pollution in the area was really noticeable. It was hard to leave on Monday morning, we just wanted to extend our stay!

Lodge is spotless and it’s great that all the bedding and towels are provided. We really enjoyed our stay and the grandkids didn’t want to leave. Thanks Jodie for the loan of your beautiful lodge. Would definitely recommend.

By Debbie on 25-Sep-2024Four of us stayed for 5 days in September, we were looking for a relaxing break and we absolutely found it here. The lodge is beautiful, spacious and is in a fantastic location by a lake . Everything you could possibly need was supplied from welcome pack to a plug to charge your I phone. Hot tub was a lovely extra, used daily and water, chlorine also checked daily . I could go on singing the virtues of this lodge but my recommendation is to book it yourself, you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back next year . Thanks Jodie x

By Mandie on 14-Nov-2024The cabin is absolutely stunning, sort of nothing and very well equipped, the beds was very comfortable we slept really well, the attention to detail in the cabin was amazing and we couldn’t have wished for anything more, we was extremely happy and even used the hot tub (in November) lol it really was a treat to stay here, Jodie was a fabulous host and was very happy to for full the request’s I asked for with it been my Husbands birthday! Beautiful place with a stunning cabin would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family! Thank you so much Jodie xxx

By Joanne on 01-Dec-2024Beautiful lodge. Super cosy, great attention to detail, immaculately clean! The location is beautiful, lovely peaceful park, only 20mins or so to walk into woodhall spa. Woodhall spa has lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants. The hottub was so relaxing, we didn't want to leave!
