The space
A good house to share with your family, friends or for a business trip.. where you don't want to share rooms. The entry is via a key code entry.. so no keys to loose.. Superb access to transport for all of London.
Three storey Town House.
Kitchen is on the ground floor with a living/dinning room on the first floor.. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms, first bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, the second double en-suite on the first floor and the three remaining bedrooms and bathroom on the top floor.
Two bathrooms with full size showers, one with a shower over the bath.
4 King size doubles can split into single beds.. The house has 9 separate beds if all the king size doubles are split into singles. 4 King size doubles can split into single beds.. we would need to know in advance. Our maximum number of guests including children is 9.. do ask if it is a couple more.

Guest access
The whole house..
Guests have the house to themselves.. if we use the house it will not be rented.
We will not be there during your stay.

During your stay
We show you in and then let you get on with your stay. If you require information about local travel and airport transfers please ask.. but do let us know from where.. which airport etc.. Do not pre-book transfer tickets into London from an airport until you have asked.. You may add two hours and £20 to your journey. Going to London Victoria Station is not automatically the fastest way to get to us.. or anywhere else for that matter. Depending on the number of people can be cheaper to pre-book a taxi/transport company. If you get in a taxi to come to the house.. do be sure to give them our address and postal code.. don't just say.. take me to Greenwich. The Borough covers a large area along the river Thames.. it is about 12km long.

Other things to note

Due to a local law.. no BBQs anywhere on the Royal Arsenal this includes the rear garden yard... To best protect the historical buildings.
