There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor with amazing oak framed interiors, one with a king size leather sleigh bed the other with twin similar style beds, there's also an impressive contemporary bathroom featuring a roll top bath and seperate shower.

There is underfloor heating throughout the first floor, kitchen and downstairs utility room making it feel very warm and cosy.

The front entrance opens onto a galleried dining hall, this area is open-planned and leads onto the stunning well equipped kitchen with floor level LED lighting and ample worktop space featuring a breakfast bar, and intergrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. On the other side is the comfortable lounge with leather settees, which has a 50" Tv with freeview and blu-ray player.

The dining room area overlooks the garden through bi-fold doors that completely open back and lead out onto a private garden area with table and chairs and BBQ, this then leads out onto a central shared courtyard with an outside 6 person Hot Tub.
