This luxury barn conversion is beautifully furnished with an oak beamed interior which compliments this original island stone barn, set in a quiet farm location and benefits from a hot tub which is shared between properties on the farm located in the central courtyard, in the beautiful West Wight countryside.There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor with amazing oak framed interiors, one with a king size leather sleigh bed the other with twin similar style beds, there's also an impressive contemporary bathroom featuring a roll top bath and seperate shower.
There is underfloor heating throughout the first floor, kitchen and downstairs utility room making it feel very warm and cosy.
The front entrance opens onto a galleried dining hall, this area is open-planned and leads onto the stunning well equipped kitchen with floor level LED lighting and ample worktop space featuring a breakfast bar, and intergrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee capsule machine. On the other side is the comfortable lounge with leather settees, which has a 50" Tv with freeview and blu-ray player.
The dining room area overlooks the garden through bi-fold doors that completely open back and lead out onto a private garden area with table and chairs and BBQ, this then leads out onto a central shared courtyard with an outside 6 person Hot Tub.

Superb Stay
By Joanna on 16-Aug-2024We had a superb stay at the Old Barn! Kristina and Nick are fantastically kind, thoughtful and discreet hosts - brilliant with communications, massively helpful. The setting is perfect - rural, tranquil, yet close to everything you need - just a few minutes by car from Yarmouth or a short, pretty walk across fields. As for the Old Barn - it is stunning! Such a clever, luxurious, beautiful design. Amazing bedrooms with really comfortable beds and fantastic views, an excellent bathroom and such spacious and elegant downstairs areas, a real treat for our family. There's a lovely secluded garden area and a hot tub. Really well-equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need - and the whole house provides the perfect combination of luxury and practicality. In conclusion: the Old Barn is paradise! We wished we could stay longer and absolutely can't wait to return. Thanks so much to Kristina, Nick (and their very sweet and charming sons!) for such a fabulous stay.

By Chloe on 27-Oct-2022This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. PERFECT location central to most things in Isle of Wight. Cozy, warm, everything is beautifully decorated. You can just tell everything is quality from the furniture to the kitchen equipment to the beams and construction. Kristina was so helpful and responsive throughout whenever I text her! Beautiful, can’t say enough about it. Would love to come back again one day!!
