Description
Vineyard Villa is a very generous 4 bedroom villa surrounded by mature gardens and wide terraces. It is set back from the main road and has beautiful views from all aspects across the Besparmak mountains and down to the sea. There are four bathrooms and the villa can sleep 8. All four bedrooms have high ceilings, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the fourth has a bathroom across the corridor.The villa is built on two floors. The main entrance leads into a large airy living area with seating area, dining area and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. There are windows and french windows on three aspects and terraces on all sides of this area. The living area has airconditioning, ceiling fans and a log fireplace. On this floor are a master bedroom and a second bedroom. The master bedroom is extremely generous with windows and french windows on three aspects and a superking bed. It has an en-suite with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, french windows opening onto a terrace and a bathroom with walk-in shower across the corridor.
The lower floor is separate and can be reached by staircases on two sides of the villa. Bedroom 3 has a superking bed and a small fridge. Bedroom 4 has twin beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and windows and french windows on two sides. There is a separate terrace outside bedrooms 3 and 4 with a private seating area.
Surrounding the villa are large terraces and mature gardens. The terraces have various dining tables along with smaller tables and various chairs. The different terrace areas all have unique and spectacular views. Around the large pool are wide terraces with 8 handmade wooden sunbeds with cushions.
There is a private gated off road parking area. The villa is set well back from the road leading to Ilgaz village and is in a peaceful position. In summer the high vaulted ceilings and french windows ensure that the villa is cool. The villa also has central heating and a log fireplace for winter evenings.

Reminded me of grand villas which I have visited ( but could not afford to rent ) in South of France. Superb views and facilities . Quiet surroundings , relaxing pool and unmatched libraries in main rooms and bedrooms. Eating and drinking establishments in close walking distance . Unmatched support when needed from Carola and Oz Will be back as soon as I can.
Beautiful villa

The location is absolutely stunning with spectacular views from the mountains down to the coast, and amazing sunsets. Vineyard Villa is superb, secluded, and well equipped with the benefit of air conditioning throughout and ample clean living spaces and bedrooms. The veranda is the perfect place for sharing meals together in the shade, and the swimming pool is larger than average with plenty of space around it for sun loungers. On arrival, Carola and Oz provide a welcome pack of food and refreshments, and since they also live in the village, they are always on hand to offer advice about things to explore in the local area including restaurants in the village and places of interest further afield. They are both delightful people and the perfect hosts. Vineyard Villa has a very special place in our family’s hearts and we cannot wait to return to this exceptional place.

Perfect hidden gem
By Rob Francis on 05-Sep-2024Beautiful villa with a vast amount of outside terraces and gardens as well as sun bathing area around the pool. The pool area is very large with a large pool, was great fun and large enough for loads of inflatables. We had a BBQ on the rear terrace that looks down towards the sea. The villa is set within a mountainous terrain adjacent to an amazing boutique Vinyard as well as pizza restaurant in the village. We loved that the villa had 3 lovely restaurants walkable. The villa was well equipped and was very clean. Highly recommend the villa!! Perfect for a large family. We had 5 adults and 1 child.
Family reunion
By Chrissie Bara on 02-Oct-2024This villa is in a stunning location in the mountains with fantastic views out to sea. The hosts are very friendly and are available should there be any problems. The villa is spacious with 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor, perfect for those with any mobility problems. Another two bedrooms and bathrooms are located underneath. There is a large terrace. The large swimming pool is down a few stairs The whole place is very eclectic with paths and places to wander around and explore. There’s a great Italian restaurant opposite and a vineyard and restaurant very nearby.
