Description

Top House is situated at the top of Ilgaz village. It's position is very secluded and you will not be overlooked. The villa is surrounded by terraces and the pool is on the same level. The villa has two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a wooden four poster superking size bed with french windows opening onto the pool terrace. It has an en-suite bathroom with both shower and a bath. The second bedroom has twin beds.

The spacious sitting room and dining area are open plan and the large kitchen has a table and chairs and is fully equipped. Every room has french windows opening on to the terraces. The villa has high vaulted ceilings allowing for a feeling of space and keeping it cool during summer months. There is a Bosch radio/ CD player, TV and dvd player. There are plenty of books and dvds.

There is off street parking and either a slope of steps lead up to the villa.
