Our air-conditioned luxury villa has three double bedrooms, two with ensuite wetrooms and a further wetroom for bedroom 3. The reception room and kitchen lead to one of two covered open terraces with breathtaking views of the sea.
The well equipped kitchen has high gloss units, granite work tops and island. The kitchen features a SMEG hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and drinking water cooler. Weekly cleaning and linen change is included. Our utility room is well equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, cleaning products, Dyson and an additional fridge freezer.
Relax in the lounge with a LCD flat screen TV with full HD, Sky TV, Blu Ray/DVD player, Bose Ipod dock and excellent Wifi access is included.
The bedrooms are minimal and calm perfect for recharging your batteries and all feature air conditioning and cool and crisp Egyptian cotton bed linen. The bathrooms have power showers, fluffy white Egyptian cotton towels and for the cooler months underflloor heating.
Outside, the villa is set within a third of an acre and is approached by a sweeping driveway. The private pool has stunning sea views and leads to an Orchard full of fruit trees. A BBQ, sunbeds and matresses are provided.
Nestled in the mountains, Villa Sonbahar is a short walk from the traditional village of Ozankoy which has a few local restarurants and mini markets to serve your everyday needs. A short drive away, there are numerous larger supermarkets and restaurants. The villa is situated 2 km from the sea and is close to the many sandy coves and unspoilt beaches. A perfect place to explore the hidden delights of Northern Cyprus.
Kyrenia is within 10 minutes drive, Bellapis 5 minutes drive, St Hilarion 15 minutes drive and the Korineum 18-hole golf course is 15 minutes drive away. Ercan airport is 40 minutes and Larnaca Airport 1 hour 40 minutes away.
Inclusive Fees – The rates include a standard welcome pack*, weekly housekeeping and linen/towel change for stays over 7 days, weekly pool maintenance and weekly garden maintenance. *A premium welcome pack is available for £25.
Electricity - We offer a generous allowance of 300 units of electricity per week, which is more than ample for most guests. Any usage over and above 300 units per week will be charged at a rate of 0.30p per unit and the funds will be deducted from your deposit. Should your electricity consumption exceed the value of your £250 deposit, you will be sent an invoice for any additional fees, which must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. To give you peace of mind there is an electronic usage monitor in the lounge which allows you to clearly track your consumption.
