Overview
Centrally located in the Falaise area of Avoriaz, Chalet Neva is a spacious private luxury chalet, ski in/ski out from the front door, with 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a private sauna for 8-10 people. Enjoy the spectacular views from the large balcony and panoramic windows. After a day of skiing, relax in its private sauna or snuggle on the comfortable sofas with carpets, thick rugs and cozy throws. Get a great night’s sleep in the comfortable beds with sprung mattresses and super fine Egyptian cotton bedding. With a private ski locker and boot dryers, you can say goodbye to carrying equipment and wet fingers and toes. A variety of shops, restaurants, bakery, ski rental, supermarket and ski school are all within 100 metres. All of our chalets in La Falaise, Avoriaz, are a stone's throw from each other and are great options for booking with friends!

The layout
Arranged over 3 floors with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets, the chalet is particularly suitable for 2 families as each floor has its own double room bunk room and bathroom and there is a 2nd living room perfect for a kids chill-out area complete with its own SMART TV.

Private ground floor entrance leading into hall with boot dryers and ski storage. Hall leads to double bedroom, bunk bedroom, sauna, 2 bathrooms with separate toilet on the ground floor; Stairs lead to the upper floor with a further double bedroom, bunk bedroom, shower room with toilet and the comfortable open plan living area with additional double sofa bed, dining area kitchen and balcony. The private sauna is located on the ground floor. Stairs lead down to the 2nd living room.

Wellness
Chalet Neva has its own traditional Finnish sauna - what better way to relax your legs after a day on the slopes than in your own private sauna.

Kitchen, main living and dining room
The modern fitted kitchen has fully integrated BOSCH appliances, including a large oven, induction hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine and Nespresso machine. There is enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for 10 people and a wide range of cooking aids and kitchen utensils. A selection of tea, sugar, coffee, salt, pepper, herbs, foil, dishwasher tablets, cleaning materials and toilet paper are provided.
The chalet is decorated in a cozy modern Alpine style with thick carpets, rugs, cushions and throws to snuggle up in your real home form home while enjoying the stunning mountain views from the panoramic windows and balcony.

Basement Living Room
On the lower ground floor is a 2nd living room complete with sofas and a 2nd SMART TV - perfect for kids and teens to chill out with a movie after a busy day on the slopes.

Wifi and TV
Private high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi. 2 SMART 65" & 55" TVs with international cable channels and streaming services so you can a cozy night in catching up with your favourite box set.

Bedrooms
4 bedrooms - 2 doubles and 2 bunk rooms, all equipped with real beds with thick, comfortable pocket-sprung mattresses, Hungarian goose-down duvets and pillows and super-fine Egyptian cotton bedding. Extra-large sofa bed in the living room opens quickly and is fully pre-made. The curtains are super thick with blackout lining so you won't be woken by the morning sun.

Bathrooms
With 3 ½ bathrooms, there will be no rush in the morning. 1 full bath, 3 showers, 2 toilets. Complimentary toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms as our fluffy towels.

Laundry
Washing machine provided.

Balcony / Views
Large south facing balcony with views of the resort and slopes. Secure indoor or outdoor parking available (additional charges and booking recommended).

Children
Cots, high chairs, changing mats and a selection of toys and board games available on request.

3rd time stay and we'll be back again :)

This was our 5th year in Avoriaz and our 3rd at Chalet Neva ... love it! The additional third bedroom this year was great for two reasons 1) we could invite along two more family members and 2) we got to sleep in a double bed (it would have been our turn again for the bunk beds!) Great location - close to the supermarket where you can buy fabby food and drink and straight on to the slopes from the chalet. We really do enjoy this annual winter / ski holiday ... the chalet is cosy and comfortable with all mod cons which, for self-caterers like us, is perfect. Finally, the booking is so well organised by Nikki and Philip - makes it a stress-free holiday and once in the resort, they do look after us well. Thank you, see you next year! Your response: "Thank you for your very kind words. We have been planning to expand Chalet Neva to 3 bedrooms for two years and we are very keen to get our guests opinion. The new double bedroom is sufficiently large to accommodate a 140cms double bed - with pocket sprung mattress - along with a fully modernised attached toilet cubicle. This has left the sitting area intact and we are delighted that you have enjoyed the new arrangement. Ideal Avoriaz Pad With a Touch Luxury!

At last we've found that elusive Avoriaz pad that offers a lot more than somewhere just to sleep after a hard day of piste bashing, but still relatively good value by skiing standards! Ideal for 6 of us, might have been a bit tight for 8, although to be fair the details do say this. Well equipped and as described, with everything working, we were happy and able to eat in every other night and enjoy a DVD before collapsing into the lovely comfy beds. Nicky, Philip and their team were all excellent, great communication before the trip and very accessible and helpful when we were there. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We'll be back!
