Apartment Penthouse Des Fes is a chic designer apartment in central Morzine, located in the same exclusive development as Jardin and Hameau Des Fes. It sleeps 6 people in 3 Bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room and is located in the centre of Morzine, 5 minutes stroll from all the bars, restaurants and ski lifts. The apartment features a stunning STUV fireplace, leather Barcelona Chair and Tom Dixon lighting. The large living space is flooded with natural light, due to the large floor to ceiling windows which open onto a good sized balcony. You also benefit from stunning timber vaulted ceilings as you are at the top of the building.

The apartment offers quick access to the slopes via the free ski shuttle bus which stops close to the end of the driveway every 10 minutes and is approx 8 minutes walk to the nearest telecabine. It offers a lot of space for 6 people and is very well equipped. Ideal for families and groups of guys or girls!

The Lounge area is ultra modern with central STUV Designer Log Burning Fireplace and Barcelona Chair and footstool. There are plenty of comfy squashy seats and corner sofa, ideal if you want to kick back with a beer or glass of wine and relax after a hard day on the slopes. Watch some UK Freesat TV or DVDs on the Flatscreen or play a spot of WII with your family and friends. We have a selection of games and controllers already. We also have a Bose Soundlink bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favourite tunes.

The round marble dining table comfortably seats 6 around the table and provides views of the evening sunsets over Morzine and surrounding mountains. There is also a mezzanine accessed via a wooden ladder which offers a separate space to chill out and read or offer a great den space for bigger kids. It features a couple of bean bags and also makes a great storage space for all your luggage.

The kitchen diner comes fully equipped with modern oak units and granite work surfaces and includes some stylish finishing touches like Tom Dixon mirror ball pendant lighting! There is also a dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer and oven with induction hob, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace. The Penthouse also benefits from a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Luxury Bedrooms – There are 2 well proportioned luxury bedrooms and a cabin style bunk room. Great if you have kids or teenagers or simply a group of adults. The master bedroom has a luxury double bed with separate ensuite bathroom, power shower and heated towel rail. There is also plenty of storage space and lovely views of the Morzine church and old part of town.

The twin room can also be configured as a king sized double with no gaps. This has a large walk in wardrobe meaning plenty of storage space. This makes use of the main bathroom facilities which feature a bath with overhead power shower, large sink unit and heated towel rail and there is a separate toilet.

All our twin beds can be configured as king size doubles with no gaps (we use double mattress pad toppers) and all are equipped with Egyptian Cotton bed linen, thick Fluffy Egyptian Cotton Towels and Luxury MALIN+GOETZ Toiletries. Please note the duvers and pillows at the Penthouse are down filled.

Our in resort concierge will be there to meet and greet you when you arrive and will show you around your apartment. We include a basic start up welcome pack in the apartment along with Nespresso coffee and Yorkshire Tea bags.
