Location Location Location – You can’t get more central than this! Situated behind the Bec Jaune Brewery in a tranquil spot, The Pad is a quirky and stylish renovation in central Morzine. Carefully planned out over two levels, with space and practicality in mind, this split level apartment has been tastefully designed to be light, airy and spacious. It sleeps 7 people very comfortably in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, double height living space and has a sauna, jacuzzi bath, garage and separate utility area.

The apartment has some quirky design features. Most importantly is the space. The main living area has been opened up to create a double height ceiling over the lounge, dining area and kitchen. Plus there is a mezzanine (with low head height) which makes a great den for the kids as there is an additional TV and XBox with beanbags and a sofa bed for two, just in case you have extra guests!

Double height lounge windows slide open onto a large balcony with table and chairs for 6. Great for entertaining or watching the world go by, and there is an easy light gas BBQ. Access to the gardens in front of the apartment make this property great for summer and also dog friendly.

The lounge features a comfy corner sofa, large TV with SONOS sound bar, Netflix, Games Console and loads of funky lighting. The modern kitchen diner is top notch with a mix of granite and wooden worktops and bespoke units. With all the mod cons, it includes a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, large American style fridge-freezer, oven with induction hob, kettle and toaster and microwave.

There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 in total. The master suite is a spacious double and has a well designed ensuite with walk in shower. The second bedroom can be a twin or double and makes use of the family bathroom which has a Jacuzzi bath & shower above plus a separate sauna.

The third bedroom is a quirky and ingeniously thought out multi-level bunk room. Great for kids or adults with 3 x full size beds with ladders and platforms to make anyone’s sleep time an adventure! In addition to this, the mezzanine in the lounge also has a sofa bed for two so the apartment can in fact sleep up to 9 people, but please note this area has restricted head height for sleeping.

There is a large garage (great for bike storage in summer) in addition to heated boot and ski gear storage in the apartment and separate laundry area with washing machine & tumble dryer plus an additional WC. The chalet is also very well suited to self drivers as there is private & secure parking for two cars.

Our in resort concierge will be there to meet and greet you when you arrive and will show you around your apartment. We include a basic start up welcome pack in the apartment along with Nespresso coffee and Yorkshire Tea bags.
