Morzna Etoile is part of La Ferme de Morz'na, a renovation project in a former 18th-century farmhouse, re-designed in collaboration with renowned local architect Hervé Marrullaz. The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Morzine set next to the River Dranse, in a quiet and peaceful enclave of the village. It's a great location, close enough to the action, but far enough out of the hustle and bustle to have views and privacy.

Spread across 3 different levels, this quirky apartment offers lots of different living spaces. Step down into a light and airy kitchen and dining space, seperate to the lounge. The kitchen and dining space leads onto a small flight of stairs which guides you to an elevated sunny lounge and TV room with access the outdoor decked terrace.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace. There is also a separate larder space and laundry/drying room with a washing machine and tumble dryer plus a separate boot room with boot driers.

A separate staircase leads from the lounge to the master suite which is upstairs on the top floor which features an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and seperate loo. There is an additional large double / twin room on this level, again with ensuite shower room. Both rooms have velux windows. The third bedroom is on the lower living floor area and again features a beautiful ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.

All bedrooms have warm wooden flooring, built-in storage and character features. All beds can be configured as twins or doubles and feature high-quality Egyptian Cotton linen.

The nearest bar, bakery, supermarket and ski bus stop are less than 5 minutes door to door. The apartment offers quick access to the slopes via the free ski shuttle bus which stops at the end of the road every 10 minutes. It takes approx 8 minutes to get to the nearest telecabine if you choose to walk. There is also plenty of private covered parking and a separate boot room with heated boot warmers and secure ski/bike storage to make life easy in summer and winter.
