Apartment Carlina Pleney is part of a brand new luxury development and situated next to the Pleney Telecabine, opposite our very own Le Stade and Petit Stade, you can't get any closer to the pistes. This apartment is very family friendly and great for kids due to it's location and proximity to everything. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a prominent corner position set back from the Tremplin and main strip of Morzine, hence offers great views over the Point De Nyon and the Pointe De Ressachaux.
With comfortable corner sofa seating for 6 people within a stylish and roomy lounge space, there is a stylish dining area, breakfast bar and a bespoke fitted kitchen with all mod cons including granite worktops. Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, kettle and toaster and an additional wine fridge not to be missed! There is also a washing machine and tumble drier and extra storage.
There are 3 double bedrooms, all of which can be configured as doubles and/or twin rooms. Each rooms has it's own wardrobe space.
There is the usual Bose iPod Dock and large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV, Netflix, Games Console and Free WiFi. There is also a boot room with heated boot driers and large lockable garage which is great for storage of Mountain Bikes and/or parking for 2 cars.
Our in resort concierge will be there to meet and greet you when you arrive and will show you around your apartment. We include a basic start up welcome pack in the apartment along with Nespresso coffee and Yorkshire Tea bags.
