A fantastic chalet with everything you would ever need. Beautiful view down the valley from the balconies and a short walk into the town centre. Morzine and surrounding area is lovely and has endless things to do. Would definitely recommend getting a multipass!! We hope to come back one day! Published 20 Aug 2022
The communication from Neil prior to booking was prompt and the information he provided on booking was really informative about Morzine and the local area. The chalet is well located with two bus stops to take you the main ski areas & the centre of Morzine within 200 metres. The walk to town is about 10 minutes but it is uphill on the way back (taxis & the free bus are available though). The chalet is excellent with a fully equipped kitchen and nice little touches such as smart tv’s, excellent WiFi & docking stations. We really enjoyed our stay at the chalet and in the resort of Morzine.
We stayed at Les Berots for a two week break a few summers ago. It was brilliant then so we decided to try it for our annual family ski. It was great. Neil’s information provided in advance was brilliant- we know Morzine very well but we still learned a few new things! We hired our skis at Ski Set ( Caribou) near the Super Morzine ( we know them from previous trips) and left our skis there. We walked to and from the Morzine lifts ( either Super Morzine or Pleney) each day (usually including an apres ski or two on the way back!!) but there are a number of regular bus options for those who would prefer not to walk. It would also be easy to take the skis to the chalet then choose to head for Prodains or Morzine in the morning. Both main route bus stops are a short walk down the hill. The chalet was extremely well fitted out and comfortable ( a true 3bed /6 person accommodation with no one sleeping in the lounge) A comprehensive welcome pack was there on our arrival with a starter pack of essentials and the cupboards hosted a number of useful items and were not emptied before our arrival. We cooked in most nights in the very well fitted out kitchen - took a shopping bag or two down with us in the morning and bought what we needed to take back in the evening. We had a fantastic stay - unfortunately one of our family unexpectedly could not make this trip.......... so we have booked Les Berots again for April - well - Why not!?il
