Apartment 101 is part of a brand new luxury development and situated only 2 minutes walk from the centre of town and pretty much opposite the Pleney. The apartment is very family friendly and great for kids due to it's location and proximity to everything. You don't get much better than this for central Morzine. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a prominent corner position set back from the main road and offers views over the Point De Nyon.

The apartment has been lovingly designed and every detail has been thought about. The open plan living area features a generous Bo Concept modular corner sofa and furnishings. There is a stylish dining table with seating for 6 people and a bespoke fitted kitchen with all mod cons including granite worktops, Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, kettle and toaster and a VERY funky wine cooler not to be missed! There is also a pantry with large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier and extra storage.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and/or twins rooms with lots of comfortable furnishings and a bunk room. The master bedroom and bunk room share a large bathroom with a bath, rain shower, sink and WC. The other double has it's own ensuite with walk in rain shower and quality Roca fixtures and fittings.

There is the usual Bose iPod Dock and large flatscreen TV with UK Satellite TV, Netflix, Games Console and Free WiFi. There is also a boot room with heated boot driers and large lockable garage which is great for storage of Mountain Bikes and parking for 2 cars.

Our in resort concierge will be there to meet and greet you when you arrive and will show you around your apartment. We include a basic start up welcome pack in the apartment along with Nespresso coffee and Yorkshire Tea bags.
