Location Location Location! Only a few minutes stroll from the centre of Morzine and right on the doorstep for all the ski shuttle buses to Avoriaz and Pleney, you can't get much better than this for location. This top floor Penthouse style apartment can sleep up to 6 people in 3 Bedrooms, one of which is a loft style with 2 Bathrooms.
Situated close to the action, yet in a quiet and peaceful position next to the River Dranse, Waterside is a short walk to the nearest bar, bakery and supermarket. It is a modern and open plan apartment with all mod cons featuring 3 bedrooms, one of which is on a mezzanine which works brilliantly for groups, couples and families.
The homely open plan living space is light and airy with large floor to ceiling windows. There is a modern log burning stove and plenty of sofas with all mod cons like flatscreen TV, Bose Sound Dock, Nintendo Wii and Netflix to make you feel at home. The open plan kitchen dining area comfortably seats 6 around an oak table and comes fully equipped with a Nespresso Machine, Dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace. Waterside also benefits from access to a separate laundry/drying room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are 3 lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third bedroom is on the mezzanine and is in the loft space with a large skylight flooding the room with natural light. The mezzanine is accessed by a quirky electric ladder which drops down from the upper level to create a very cool sleeping area. Amazing for couples or kids big and small!

Our in resort concierge will be there to meet and greet you when you arrive and will show you around your apartment. We include a basic start up welcome pack in the apartment along with Nespresso coffee and Yorkshire Tea bags. Sam and Jon’s place is brilliant in every way ! The location for the Center of Morzine is a short walk by the river to get your breakfast ..sort bike hire ..or nip into town for a beer or cup of coffee . Morzine it’s self Mecca for mountain bikers , walkers / trail runners and nature lovers . A week is simply not long enough ! The apartment is clean airy and has really comfortable beds with fluffy towels and great communication and local advice . Hope to visit again next year ..with a new bike !

Easy communication, great ski location and amazing property. We couldn’t have wished for a more ‘home from home’ stay. Quiet and relaxing location but with quick access to town. Bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket are all an easy (less than 5 minute) walk and the ski lifts are just as accessible. The place is brilliantly set up for self catering skiers with a dedicated drying room for each apartment on the ground floor. The welcome pack was thoughtful and the hosts available at any point. A really great find - we will definitely be back.
