Description
Chalet Ann is a stunning ski chalet which has been tastefully renovated, retaining many of its original 19th-century features. Now fitted out to a high spec, it is a perfect marriage of the traditional with the contemporary.As soon as you step in the front door, you are welcomed by a beautiful, cosy living room with a real log fire. The chalet has wi-fi, a wireless speaker system and a Google Chromecast so you can watch your own videos on the Smart TV. It’s a perfectly equipped space for winding down after a busy day on the 3 Valley slopes!
The large, open-plan kitchen/dining area on the first floor is the heart of Chalet Ann – a great sociable space for all the guests to gather to cook and eat. It has the added bonus of uninterrupted, breathtaking mountain views through the sliding doors, which open out onto a balcony.
There are five spacious bedrooms in Chalet Ann, three of which have an en-suite bathroom, whilst the two top-floor bedrooms share a luxurious family bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and shower.

Chalet La Fermette is a newly renovated farmhouse set in the village of Le Chatelard, with stunning views across to Saint Martin de Belleville. The chalet has breathtaking mountain views from the large sun terrace and 5 stunning en-suite bedrooms. This is the perfect family ski chalet. It comes with a brand-new, spacious boot room with boot dryers and storage space for your ski equipment. Furthermore, there is a gorgeous and spacious connected kitchen, dining room with bar, and living room area occupying the entire ground floor of Chalet La Fermette.
The chalet is suitable for a maximum of 10 guests.
Chalet Ann and Chalet La Fermette are located in the idyllic hamlet of Le Châtelard: just 1km from St Martin de Belleville! By car, you can reach the ski slopes in less than 5 minutes and park for free in the ‘Le Cochet’ car park beside the gondola. It’s very easy!
Le Châtelard is a quaint traditional French hamlet, making the location ideal for families with children or a large group of friends who want to socialise in a spacious chalet in the evenings. For those who want to venture out for a nightcap, the village can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes!

St Martin De Belleville’s connection to the 3 Valleys is provided by the newly updated ‘St Martin 1’ bubble lift, and a swift 6-person chair-lift, the ‘St Martin Express’. Following a journey up both lifts to the top of the ridge line, you have the option of skiing into Meribel Centre, Meribel Motteret, Les Menuires, Le Raffort and Les Allues, or returning down to St Martin.
The fantastic, high-tech 3 Valley lift systems and the 600km of pistes mean the opportunities are endless for all skiing abilities. Without a doubt, this makes St Martin de Belleville a fabulous place to start skiing from.

All our questions were answered promptly, Emma went out of her way more than once to assist us. The apartment was the best we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Toiletries in every bathroom supplied and a great location. Will hopefully return next year if not fully booked! A very professional yet friendly experience - thank you.
