Description
The Prestige apartments are a collection of stunning, newly renovated apartments located in the heart of St Martin de Belleville.The Prestige N1 apartment is the only one of the Prestige apartments with a private in-house sauna. This apartment is split over two levels with 3 en-suite bedrooms as well as the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area located on the ground level and the 4th en-suite bedroom as well as private sauna and extra shower room situated on the lower level.
Mountain views can be enjoyed from a south-facing balcony with outside seating that’s accessed from the living area! One of the bedrooms also has a private balcony with the same stunning views.
LOCATION
These ski-in ski-out apartments are located next to the St Martin village-centre drag lift piste. An incredible location with the benefits of not only having all of the village centre amenities right on your door-step, but also the slopes and lift-system.
It’s a great location for families and groups of friends alike. Enjoy the flexibility of having all the restaurants, bars, and shops within seconds of your accommodation.
The chalet residence that has been built into the slope next to the village piste which gives most apartments direct access to the ski slopes. Whilst on foot you will have to climb some stairs to get to the Prestige apartments’ front door it also means these newly renovated luxury apartments are extremely affordable and would be much more expensive if situated in a free-standing chalet.
Prestige N1 is the closest apartment to the village centre. It is situated 4 flights of stairs up from the village centre and 6 flights of stairs down from Rue des Grangeraies.

Rolling blue runs offer stunning views as you head home towards St Martin De Belleville. The picturesque village has convenient links to the whole 3 Valley skiing area. As well as a plethora of both off-piste and groomed runs for all skiing abilities. The 3 Valleys offer the most cutting-edge lifts in the world. The state-of-the-art lift system will transport you to 7 resorts in record time. Meaning you can go on a full day’s adventure with minimal queues and without retracing your steps!
St Martin De Belleville’s connection to the 3 Valleys is provided by the newly updated ‘St Martin 1’ bubble lift, and swift 6-person chair-lift, the ‘St Martin Express’. Following a journey up both lifts to the top of the ridge line, you have the option of skiing into Meribel Centre, Meribel Motteret, Les Menuires, Le Raffort and Les Allues, or returning back down to St Martin.
The fantastic, high-tech 3 Valley lift systems and the 600km of pistes mean the opportunities are endless for all skiing abilities. Without a doubt, this makes St Martin de Belleville a fabulous place to start skiing from.

I’ve stayed in many of Emma & Gavin’s Self Catering St Martin properties. They are warm often unique interiors, great locations and work for all of my guests budgets. I run entrepreneur retreats so want places that we can relax, chat over dinners (sometimes we have caterers come in) & very comfortable beds and nights sleep. We often arrange our ski hire and lift passes through Emma / SC St Martin. You can tell that I highly recommend SC St Martin.
Magical Christmas in St Martin…
By Hannah Rawlings on 04-Jan-2025We have just enjoyed a fantastic Christmas week in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville. It's hard to find fault with anything! The holiday was booked at the last minute and Emma was extremely helpful and timely in her response to my questions and booking process. We stayed in the most gorgeous apartment, Perce Neige, which had spectacular views and was perfect in size and comfort for our family of 5. We really appreciated the Christmas tree which brought extra festive cheer! St Martin was perfect in terms of amenities and character. It offers the benefits of an authentic French village but with direct access to a vast skiing area. The village had festive activities on during the week which made the holiday even more special for the kids. When a problem arose, which was entirely our doing, Emma and Gavin were quick to respond, helpful and understanding. I would not hesitate to book again! I thoroughly recommend Self Catered St Martin - Emma, Gavin and team. Thank you for a magical holiday!
