Villa Andrionas was personally built and finished by Alkis, an experienced builder who has worked on many 5‑star private villas across Corfu. Completed in 2025, the home has been thoughtfully designed to a very high standard, with comfort, quality, and attention to detail throughout.

Set on a large private plot and not overlooked by neighbouring properties, the villa offers outstanding privacy, uninterrupted views, and a peaceful environment with no road noise. It comfortably suits up to four adults, and works especially well for families with up to two children.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, including the private swimming pool, outdoor areas, and surrounding grounds. Private on‑site parking is available.

Your hosts, Orestja & Alkis, live just a 5‑minute drive away in the nearby village of Agios Ioannis and are available when needed, while always respecting guests’ privacy.

Alkis personally maintains the pool each morning to ensure everything is working perfectly. Orestja, who speaks English, prepares the villa for arrivals and is happy to assist with any day‑to‑day questions or local recommendations. Communication is easy via messenger.

The villa is a brand‑new build completed in 2025. Prior to welcoming guests, the owners have been living at the property to ensure everything meets a very high standard. The villa will welcome its first guests in April 2026.

Maximum occupancy is normally 6. For the most comfortable stay, the villa is best suited to four adults or families with up to two children. A hire car is strongly recommended.
