Description
A beautiful villa nestled within an ancient olive grove in highly sought after North East Corfu. The villa sleeps 8 in four king size rooms or can be set up as 3 twins and one kingsize bed ~ all rooms have en suite bathrooms, a built in wardrobe, ceiling fans and air conditioning.The villa boasts a beautiful infinity pool with an exceptional view over the Albanian coastline, fantastic outdoor kitchen bbq area with al fresco dining table and 2 further sofa seating areas. All rooms are en suite with an extra guest WC on the ground floor. There is a spacious living room with comfortable seating, ceiling fan, flat screen smart TV and Starlink super fast WIFI. The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, oven, 2 x tall fridge & freezer (one for drinks and one for food) and a laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer.
There is a fantastic local supermarket, bakery and fishmongers a short 5 minute walk away and larger supermarkets within a 15-20 minute drive to Kassiopi.
Beautiful Kerasia Bay is a 15 minute walk down the hill with its stunning pebble beach, beach shop, taverna and snack bar. The picturesque port of San Stefanos is a 20 minute walk / 10 minute drive with lots of tavernas to choose from, two bars, two supermarkets, ATM, boat hire & some fantastic gift / clothes shops. There are many other beautiful bays within a short drive including Agni, Avlaki, Koloura & Kalami (where Gerald Durrels' famous White House is located). A taxi boat can be booked from San Stefanos to most of these bays to enable you to go for lunch / supper via sea.
There is boat hire from Agni, Kalami and San Stefanos which we highly recommend as a way to explore the island's coastline & anchor up for a swim / snorkel before heading into one of the bays for lunch at one of the superb tavernas dotted along the beaches.
Kassiopi is the nearest town: A 10-15 minute drive with its many shops, restaurants, bars, ATM, pharmacy and the local GP practice.
Near the airport is beautiful Corfu Town with shops, restaurants and delicious homemade ice cream cafes. Corfu Old Town is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Corfu is a wonderful island for a romantic break, family holiday or relaxed time away with a group of friends. It has a lovely relaxed feel with lots of beaches, tavernas and walks to explore. This beautiful villa has been built & designed with space, comfort and superb views in mind - Family owned (and built), we have been visiting Corfu since we were teenagers and this villa is very much loved, with a fabulous home from home feel.

By Phoebe Traill on 07-Sep-2025Villa Madeleina provided the perfect location for our family of 7 to get together. Parents, grown up children and baby grandchild. All the bedrooms were lovely each with king bed and ensuite. We arrived after dark so it was amazing to wake up to look out at the fabulous view. Harriet is an extremely responsive and helpful host making sure we had everything we needed including extras for the baby. Elefteria came to clean and remove rubbish twice during our stay which was very much appreciated. She speaks perfect English and was so friendly we felt very well looked after. Marios the gardener was also very helpful providing coffee burners to deter the wasps when eating outside. We discovered the lovely coves nearby for swimming, and ate out a couple of times, everything we wanted to do was within a short drive, it was so relaxing.
Perfect Family Villa

Highly recommend a walk to Sinies to the supermarket & cafe (5mins) and walk to Kerasia (15mins) lovely taverna by the sea. We hope to return year

By Sheelagh Rose on 24-May-2025The villa was very spacious and furnished and equipped to a very high standard with great outdoor space and large infinity pool and stylish interior. This part of Corfu is still charming, quiet and unspoilt but has good quality restaurants nearby.
An Idyllic Holiday

The villa’s location is second to none, quietly tucked away in this elevated position with the most amazing views out across the groves and ocean beyond. Many hours were spent in the infinity pool looking out at the view and relaxing on one of the many sun loungers positioned around the pool. The villa opens up onto a large upper terrace with a canopy and this is where we enjoyed all our meals and evening drinks on the comfortable seating provided. There is also a great BBQ area to the side of the villa which we used daily. The accommodation is wonderfully spacious, with ample, comfortable entertaining space and four well appointed double bedrooms (all of which are en suite). The villa is very tastefully decorated throughout and is fitted with ceiling fans throughout and AC in all the bedrooms. The surrounding area has numerous excellent restaurants and pretty bays to visit (San Stefanos and Kerasia are both super close) and there is a small but very well stocked supermarket just a short walk up the road which made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back.
Family of 5, 3 grown up children for a week stay

The pool, with a view down the valley to the sea was stunning, and resulted in us spending a lot of the time just chilling on the porch gazing at the view. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and sun loungers by the pool. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and also used the BBQ. Internally the house was beautifully decorated and we lounged inside later on in the evenings. 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning so we were very comfortable. Harriet was very easy to contact, and her cleaner came twice during the week. The location is ideal for Kerasia, and the local shop is a 5 minute walk. We hope to return!
Supremely comfortable spacious villa with a view to die for

All 4 bedrooms are truly spacious with generous en suites, wonderful views, very comfortable beds and quietly efficient aircon. The large sitting room is light and bright yet is the perfect place to retreat to when the sun becomes too much. Kitchen has everything you need, including 2big fridge freezers. The infinity pool takes full advantage of the view and the loungers are v comfortable. The front terrace is really generous in dimensions, links everything together and has more than enough room for two seating areas, plus dining and bbq. The location is great, easy access to everywhere you want to be - but a car is essential I would say.
