Description
Our beautiful Villa Maria is set within its own ancient olive grove and is only a short drive or walk to San Stephanos with its fashionable restaurants and bars, and Kerasia beach. Its vast sun-soaked terraces, balconies, garden and olive grove offer breath-taking sea views over the Strait and distant Albania.It is the perfect setting for a tranquil family holiday.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and ensuite bathroom/shower rooms. The upstairs bedroom is accessible from an outside staircase.
The villa has a private infinity pool which is 10m x 5m.
On the first floor there is an outside furnished terrace.
The villa has recently been fitted with star link wifi.

Incredible villa in the best part of the island
By Guy E. on 06-Aug-2017We had a fantastic week at Villa Maria. The villa itself is very neat and spacious; the pool is wonderful and the views unparalleled. It's well appointed and had everything we needed. Villa Maria is near some fantastic beaches and tavernas. The closest beach (Kerassia) is 15 minutes walk down the hill. We travelled around the island and concluded that this Villa's area is by far the best - spectacular but not too crowded. Lucy was a pleasure to deal with and very accomodating. Would heartily recommend for family and groups.
a perfect holiday
By Nicola on 07-Sep-2013This holiday was simply perfect. A wonderful family holiday which suited 3 generations (teens to retirement). The spacious and comfortable villa, the beautiful view and peaceful setting, the local tavernas, the pool and the sea enabled us to have a wonderful rest and make many happy memories. We enjoyed walking to the local shop for daily supplies and found the local people were very friendly. June (who cleans the villa) is absolutely delightful. Thank you so much. Nicola
