A Beautifully situated West facing villa with pool, a mere 150 m from Sea Side and Alaties beach, an easy walk with lovely restaurant above.

Guests are advised to rent a car in order to explore the beautiful North of the Island, idyllic beaches with crystal blue water. The Port of Fiskardo a 10 min drive away, boasting an array of shops and restaurants. A lot of sea related activities, boat rentalself drive or with captain (private charter), scuba diving, kayaking, fishing expeditions and sea more excursions are available.


Most beaches can be reached by boat, car and foot. Lovely walks through the green cypress forest to reach them. The same senery to walk to the Venetian light house, there is a marked foot path through the pine forest located in the entrance of Fiskardo Harbour. The Roman cemetry is also in Fiskardo en route with a leisurely walk to Foki beach, with olive trees and crystal clear waters. A family run tavern with traditional greek cuisine is located just above the beach.
The area's natural green forests will surely amaze you, the turquoise blue of sea and sky as well. The architecture of Fiskardo port, which has remained untouched by the 1953 earthquake of the island is truly breathtaking. The colorful buildings and unique buzz will surely forever be held in your heart.

*Alati all day bar and restaurant is the closest to the villa, located just above Alaties Beach which is a 5 min walk down the road.
Most restaurants have a high quality of food, greek specialites and more fine dining cuisine options, many cater Kefalonian specialities as well.

*Depending on the interest of visitors, one can spend the day exploring the island from Assos with the old Venetian fortress, Myrtos Beach, the Drogarati Caves, Melissani lake, beautiful Anti Samos beach, with water sports, the Wineries, the turtles in the Argostloli lagoon and so on....
Lixouri peninsula is also a gem, with the famous Xi beach with its natural red clay and a spa on the beach for you to enjoy and treat yourself with the natural benefits of the unique clay.


The villa layout has the ground floor main entrance leading into 3 bedrooms two bath (one en suite) with laundry room (washer & dryer). The bedroom french doors a lead out to the patio and pool area. A spiral staircase leading up to the top floor, to a large open plan layout, with a fully equipped kitchen and living area, large windows complement breathtaking views across the penisula and the Ionian pelagos. There is also guest WC. the pool can also be accessed from the staircase behind the house , down to outdoor BBQ and pool area.
Our welcome pack: coffee (french, pods for esspresso machine), tea, milk, sugar, wine and water. A cold platter with various salads, feta cheese, cold meat, tzatziki etc.
We provide cotton slippers, 40ml shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and hand soap for each guest. Pool towels, bath towels, and bed linen. A fully equipped kitchen, some basic spices, olive oil & vinegar. A private pool, outdoor shower, private parking, table tennis, a vaulted safe in each bedroom, starlink internet, smart TV, and a work station.The cleaner comes in midweek for a light clean and towel change, bed linen change is for a 7 day stay and longer. We have an ourdoor BBQ, loungers, umbrellas and a seating area.We kindly ask our guests NOT to use self tan or oil, as it ruins towels and linen, please shower before entering the pool as well as before entering the house.

Car rental is recommended in order to reach our area, coming in from the airport can also be arranged with a taxi transfer. Code for key lock will be provided to guests before arrival.
Deposits and payments will be done with bank transfer to owners account linked to the villa.
