The house is a newly designed and built contemporary style villa with high quality fixtures and fittings. It is securely gated and has a car port to the side.
The ground floor is light, open and very spacious with glass atrium, an air conditioned sitting room with 40" plasma screen television, DVD player and features full length patio doors opening to the terrace overlooking the huge swimming pool and garden. There is a modern dining room with contemporary dining table and chairs and door through to the separate large, modern, fully equipped kitchen with hob, electric oven, integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave and a very handy breakfast table and chairs. A separate laundry room has the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is an air-conditioned twin bedroom with shower room on the ground floor. This peaceful and beautiful area, just to the west of Albufeira, is an ideal location to spend your holiday. Within this area are some wonderful beaches, from intimate coves to the wide expanse of Praia da Gale and most have their own beach side restaurants. These lovely beach resorts have a good selection of ´inexpensive´ local restaurants and bars, excellent golf course at Salgados, Gale and within easy distance of the lively resort of Albufeira.
