Description
This is an excellent location as there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops, large supermarket, post office and chemist within 2 minutes walk and plenty more variety on the roads that surround the beachfront. The lovely sandy beach with its’ little coves and rock pools, is only ten minutes walk away and has sunbeds and beach bars. The bustling town of Albufeira, and Praia da Oura with the famous ´Strip´ is just a 5 minute taxi drive. Vilamoura can also be reached easily by car or bus.The Villa Mila is a detached villa in a residential area and offers extremely spacious accommodation. There is a private driveway and car parking to the front of the villa.
Downstairs - The entrance hall leads to large L-shaped sitting/dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, WiFi and patio doors to the front. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, dining table and chairs with door leading to a covered terrace which overlooks the garden and pool.
A rear hall contains a washing machine and iron/ironing board. There is one twin bedroom downstairs and a separate large full bathroom. Upstairs - Upstairs is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to balcony overlooking pool, two further double bedrooms one with balcony, one twin bedroom, and a separate full bathroom. Outside there is a covered dining terrace, which is perfect for your al-fresco dining, swimming pool 10 x 5m, sun-bathing terraces around the pool, lawned grass around the villa and built-in barbecue area with sink.
This is a very large and spacious villa for your large party of extended family or friends, in an ideal location for the resort of Olhos D´Agua, it´s beautiful beach and the nearby resort of Albufeira.

Resort Details
Once just a small fishing village, now one of the most quaint resorts with a beautiful sandy beach, that has plenty of rockpools which is a particular favourite for families with young children. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, local handicraft shops, and supermarkets.

Villa Mila is a really wonderful, homely destination and it was a pleasure to meet Victor and Maria, an elderly (79 and 78) husband and wife team who tend to the wonderful garden. They grow papaya, olives, pomegranates and cumquats as well as varied plants and bushes. Guests can pick the fruit. The pool is the cleanest we have experienced in a Villa. Thanks for all your help, we will probably book again for the same time next year in the next few days although easyJet hasn’t published its Summer 2024 programme yet.

By Julie on 26-Jan-2022Vacances entre copines magique . La maison était très propre avec des personnes qui s'occupent de l'entretien qui sont supers. La piscine était très grande. La maison est placé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et à 10 minutes en taxi du centre d'albufeira. Nous avons adoré cette maison et la destination . A refaire ! Seul petit point négatif: les lits sont un peu dure .
Amazing Stay!
By Stacey Petty on 10-Aug-2019We stayed at Villa Mila for 10 nights, there was 7 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of space for everyone inside and out. The Villa was absolutely lovely. This was our first time in a villa and we wasn't disappointed. Victor and his wife, the owners were brilliant! Victor was in everyday cleaning the pool and his wife came every few days to water the plants and grass. She also came half way through and did a full clean, changed the beds and towels etc. The area itself is nice, a few restaurants and bars, if you want it more lively then you have to get a taxi into albufeira. We found Captains bar which the kids loved! You just have to turn left out the villa and cut through oceana hotel and its at the bottom of the steps. There's Quiz nights, karaoke nights and is generally good fun! The only criticism I have about the villa is that the mattress could do with a change in the four poster bedroom-it is rock hard and we couldn't get connected to the WiFi. Other than that 5/5, we would definitely book again. Thank you to Ocean Villas for our booking and to Victor and his wife for looking after us!
