One twin bedroom, one double bedroom both with air-conditioning and small balconies and on suite full bathroom with shower

Swimming pool 6x3m, large garden with hedge around it for privacy. built in BBQ area.

Payment Conditions
A 25% Deposit is due within 5 business days from the day of booking (non refundable).
The remaining 75% to be received three weeks prior to clients arrival date (non refundable).
A breakage deposit of €300 to be paid on arrival and will be given back in cash on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
All payments have to be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit and remaining payment are non refundable in case of cancellation.
