However care has to be taken by guests in accordance with health & safety
regulations and consideration for the next clients. There are some points that
need to be clarified when taking a pet on holiday, even though these are
known things to you, however they have to be mentioned. You need to take
their bed, no use of pool, must never be left alone in the villa, no use of sofas
& beds, and naturally the villa must be vacated with no trace of dog or cat
inside and outside the villa, so as to avoid costs deducted from your security
deposit.

East of Albufeira Old Town, there are many beautiful 'Blue Flag Beaches' ; Areias Sao Joao/Praia dos Alemaes long stretch of beach overlooking Albufeira Old Town, with regular dolphins sightings, Aveiros Beach, The lively & colourful Praia da Oura, Praia Santa Eulalia, Maria Luisa beach, Olhos de Agua fisherman's beach and pretty town, is a must.! Not forgetting the amazingly beautiful Falesia Beach, 'Voted 3rd Best Beach in Europe', with its long stretch of golden sands stretching all the way to Vilamoura resort.

Villa rules concerning groups
Please note that our villas are all in residential areas, where no loud noise can be made during the daytime or evenings. For this reason, they are not suitable for stag and hen parties, or large groups of people who may be wanting to have louder gatherings, loud music and returning back late to the villas.
Whilst we welcome enquires from everyone over the age of 25; given the respect for the peace and quiet of the neighbours, we reserve the right to turn down a booking if we don’t feel it is appropriate. It is important for us to be transparent about this as we wouldn’t want your holiday to be a disappointment to you either. Many thanks for your understanding.
