Relax around the terrace and lawn beside a lovely swimming pool 7x4m, entry gates and hedge around the villa for privacy. There is also a fabulous built in BBQ area.
Villa And offers quality accommodation and is in the perfect position for easy access to Albufeira.
Downstairs:
One double bedroom with air-conditioning and full bathroom, kitchen, lounge/diner.
Upstairs:
One twin bedroom, one double bedroom both with air-conditioning and small balconies, and one full bathroom.
Outside:
Swimming pool 7x4m, entry gates and hedge around the villa for privacy. Fabulous built in BBQ area.

A 25% Deposit is due within 5 business days from the day of booking (non refundable).
The remaining 75% to be received three weeks prior to clients arrival date (non refundable).
A breakage deposit of €300 to be paid on arrival and will be given back in cash on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
All payments have to be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit and remaining payment are non refundable in case of cancellation.

A Lovely Holiday
By Tony on 24-May-2022We stayed for 6 nights, when visiting for a freind's wedding in Albufeira. Villa Andre was perfect, it has everything you need in a holiday Villa. I was expecing the walk to be slightly longer, but only took 15 minutes into the Old Town where there are plenty of lovely restaurants. Alternatively taxi's were cheap and quick to get into town. The residential location for the Villa ensured theat we had a peaceful stay. The villa and pool was very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. It all contributed to a really great stay in Albufeira and I would totally recommend. The hosts were also fantastic help with the booking with fast communication.
Comfortable stay with family
By shash_177 on 30-Apr-2020Stayed little over a week ( 19th to 27 Apr 19) with family (including toddler). Location: Very good location (Aldi and Lidl close by), 5 mins to town centre and easy access to A22 and other major roads. ( we had a hired Car ) Stay : very comfortable and well planned ( Aircon/heating in all rooms) wide patio doors opening to the pool. well equipped kitchen. Cons: squeaky single beds (in bedroom 3) and it would have been nice if the pool was heated( I knew this BEFORE booking- no complaints, but weather was not on our side and wished the pool was heated )
