This was our first visit to Portugal - 6 adults, this villa is massive! It is great for a large group. We used the upstairs bedrooms rooms which were clean and spacious each with access to a wrap around balcony with seating. Downstairs on the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen and spacious sitting room along with everything you will need games, books, pool towels, safe, washing machine etc the list goes on and on. Outside is a lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers, outside table chairs and inflatables. The basement is another massive space with 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom which we didn’t need to use, there is also a pool table, table tennis and bar area, it does get hot downstairs but it was a fun area to use for some time out of the sun. The communication with the owners was fantastic from start to finish, they arranged our transport to and from the airport which was so convenient and reasonably priced. Thank you so much we enjoyed our holiday very much and found the villa a great base to explore the Algarve and beyond.
As a family the villa had everything and more Not far from shops the strip and beach Will definitely be back and will be recommending the villa to family and friends. Also the owner Norah was fantastic x
We hadn't expected the gardens of the Casa Bouganvillea to be in bloom and look as good as on the photos – but the gardens were absolutely beautiful and in full flower. Everything else was also as good as in the photos, if not better. There was always something to entertain all five children of varying ages (and their parents). We had three generations on our visit and there was never a dull moment with loads of games and the equipment in the basement. The house is cleaned and managed on a very regular basis and Norah was always very helpful and quick to answer any queries on the phone if needed. The pool was in full sunlight most of the day with loads of sunbeds and chairs, and areas of shade to hide away in when it got too hot. The large Aldi supermarket was in easy walking distance to get supplies when needed, and Ubers and home delivery for meals was quickly available in the area. We had a lovely week!
