Second Lounge with Air Conditioning, plasma TV, CD player, CD's, books, games for all ages, patio doors to built in barbecue, patio furniture & garden. 5 Bedrooms (1 en-suite) all with Air Conditioning, built in wardrobes, Hair Dryers & Bath Robes. 3 bedrooms with patio doors onto sunny terrace suitable for sunbathing. Chill out areas comprise bar, pool table, separate TV, CD player, playstation2/DVD, table tennis, football table, rowing machine, cycling machine, exercise mats & fridge/freezer. Safe. There are 3 Cots, 1 High chair, Playpen, 2 Push Chairs, Avent Microwave Steam Steriliser & Avent Bottles available. Maid service 3/4 days a week. Pool Towels provided. Free Wi-Fi.Travel Arrangements: We can arrange Airport Transfers for you through our local Management Team. You can also arrange with a member of the Team trips to Algarve Shopping Centre, Local Markets, Water Parks, Zoomarine, Golf Courses etc. If you prefer to do your own driving we can also recommend a competitive Car Rental Company based at Faro Airport. Although car hire is not required at this location we do recommend you make the most of your visit to the Algarve.
Local Management Team: Our local Management Team will be on hand in case of any problems. A member of the Team will call with you shortly after arrival to answer any questions you may have about the Villa, the surrounding area and excursions.
Information: In the Villa you will find a selection of maps and brochures on places of interest to visit, also information on the local
Restaurants recommended both by ourselves and Clients. We also supply two Folders with information on the
Electrical Equipment contained in the Villa and instructions on the use of the Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer etc. First Aid
Case containing the basics also supplied. Avent Microwave Steam Steriliser & Avent Bottles available.
To secure a booking of the Villa a 20% Deposit is required. The remaining balance of the rental of the Villa is payable 8 weeks
Prior to departure together with the Surety of £300.00. Provided there is no damage to the Villa during the rental period, the
Surety will be returned. The Villa during the months of “July and August” is a “Saturday Transfer”.

By Ian Marley on 02-Aug-2025Casa Bougainvillea was tremendous. Our party of 11 thoroughly enjoyed themselves at this huge house which was very clean and well equipped. The youngsters were too young to fully appreciate the games rooms downstairs but the pool kept them happy all the time. The house is so big we never felt cramped or under each others feet. The house set in residential area is a close walk to Aldi and Spar and many restaurants. We used Ubers whenever we had days out (zoo marine, Aqua land, boat trips from Marina etc) they were affordable and quick to come. Many thanks to our hosts John and Norah who sorted our airport transfers and were there for us if any issues.
Casa Bougainvillea
By Steve Carlile on 07-Jun-2025Just returned with our family from this villa. 7 adults and our 1 year old granddaughter. Re-booked for next year, within a week of returning home. Firstly the hosts John and Norah, who were excellent at responding to any queries re booking and the villa itself. Could not fault the villa in the slightest, ideally located in a lovely residential area for families. The facilities were excellent, there was absolutely everything we could ever have needed in the villa. As well as plenty of crockery, cutlery etc, etc, there was also an array of books & games. We just ran out of time to make use of them. During our stay we had a cleaner call twice during the week, who provided us with clean towels and also we had a visit from the gardener & a guy came to clean the pool. We have already recommended this villa to our friends, who are looking to do a similar holiday in the future.
Everything you could want and more!

Impeccably clean, large enough so everyone could get some own time and privacy from each other. Nicely decorated and with the added benefit of a superb pool and games room with bar! Just a 5 minute stroll to nearest restaurants and bar, 10 minutes walk to Aldi and the top of the Strip. Beaches are 20 minutes walk away or 5 mins by car, with Old Town being a 5 minute taxi away. Perfectly placed for quiet days and busy noisy nights.

By The Condron Holiday Party on 21-Sep-2024We were a party of 7, from grand parents to grand children & everyone had a great time, we would return in a heartbeat! And hopefully we will soon. The property is amazing, bathrooms everywhere, very spacious bedrooms, laods of closet space with hangers, Robes ect.. with towels and pool towels all provided. The air conditioning was very welcome, every one in our group had a little nook to call their own when a bit of R&R was needed. There is so so much to this Villa that you don't expect, from big balconies to basement dancefloors, to a lovely shaded bbq space & the house has absolutely everything you would need.. from towels/blankets, cleaning supplies/sun creams, even a well stocked medical kit. The cleaner Gloria, is a lovely friendly Lady who is absolutely brilliant. Also the owners are a true Lady and Gentleman, very helpful and friendly with any communication we've had. I would highly highly recommend this beautiful home to any group, because it has something for everyone.... + LOADS of fridge freezer space!! Lovely little local bar just out & round the corner.. cheap beers & fantastic traditional food. Aldi just a short stroll from here too and very easy to walk to the top of the new town strip.
Fantastic place for a family holiday. There was 10 of us of varying ages and the villa catered for all our needs.
By Butler Family on 24-Aug-2024Where to start …. The Villa was spotless and huge. Very well equipped for all our needs. Pool was an absolute winner and kept the family entertained into the evening. The basement facilities, pool table, bar, tennis table and not to forget the dance floor provided a great family space. Bathrooms , bedrooms and verandas all added to the luxury feel. Lots of space for our party of 10 with multiple lounges and plenty of separate quiet spaces to be found if wanted. The location couldn’t be better, we walked down to Aldi and to the beach shops and restaurants, tut tut ride back. Taxi to nearby old town just a few euros each way was an absolute gem. So much to see and do in surrounding areas, didn’t have the time to fit it all in. We ordered from the local Thai one evening and had it delivered to the Villa, and had groceries delivered too, no need for car hire. We had the best time and the only problem was having to leave to go home, we really didn’t want to ! could have stayed for much longer and next time we will. Highly recommended and thanks to Norah for such great communications throughout.

By Darren H on 27-Jul-2024We was a party of 8 people , 3 adults , 5 children ( 3x17yrs , 1x13yrs , 1x11yrs ) The size of the Villa was ideal .. 3 older lads stayed in the basement bedrooms which where all air conditioned. Adults and younger children upstairs in the 3 spacious bedrooms. Villa was spotless in all departments, rooms , living areas , kitchen , games rooms , bathrooms. The basement area consisted of a pool / snooker table , and table tennis .. which all the kids and adults enjoyed. All the bedrooms had plenty of space , beds were lovely and comfy too. Kitchen was clean and had everything that was needed to cook. Pool area was great , sun on the pool from early morning all way through to evening. Pool was very clean and was maintained whilst we was there. Plenty of sun loungers and chairs etc around pool area. There was two living room areas , the smaller room had tv with tv box that had every channel you could think of from sky movies , sky sports .. the lot .. which was good for us as we are F1 and Rugby league fans , so kids where very happy. The Villa overall was exceptional, it was more than we could have asked for. The location was ideal , it was a 10 min walk to the Aldi and 15 mins walk to the busy strip area ( far enough to not to cause any noise or disturbance issues at all) and 15 mins down to a quieter area with lots of restaurants. Would 100% return to this villa as ideal location. All the way through from 1st booking the villa.. the owners Norah and John were fantastic , they communicated all info that was needed , they arranged the airport transfers that were spot on with no issues at all. All I can say is we had a great family holiday , greta Villa , felt safe and owners were fantastic.!!!!
