It is with pleasure that we offer this impressive villa in a perfect position, 15 minutes walk into Albufeira old town. Approximately 1km to town centre and 2kms to the beach. Close to the supermarket, fruit market and a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The location is superb.The spacious interior has a splendid lounge and dining room with WiFi, satellite television, comfortable seating and dining area with a small balcony overlooking the pool. Separate fully fitted modern kitchen.
Villa Miguel is a very impressive villa offering good standard accommodation in a prime location, with easy access to Albufeira town.
Downstairs:
One twin bedroom with air conditioning and full bathroom.
Upstairs:
Beautiful, spacious master double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms and small balconies.

A lovely 7 x 4m swimming pool, sun terrace and BBQ.

Payment Conditions
A 25% Deposit is due within 5 business days from the day of booking (non refundable).
The remaining 75% to be received three weeks prior to clients arrival date (non refundable).
A breakage deposit of €300 to be paid on arrival and will be given back in cash on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
All payments have to be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit and remaining payment are non refundable in case of cancellation.
