The first floor apartment is fully air conditioned with 2 bedrooms ( twin and double ) modern kitchen with ceramic top cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc. full bathroom with bath and overhead shower and living room with satellite TV with English channels, CD/DVD, safe and patio doors to a balcony with table and chairs. FREE and unlimited WI-FI available in the apartment.
Villa Eber is a spectacular villa situated near beaches and Old Town of Albufeira, marina with boat trips, water sports, golf, tennis courts, Zoomarine, water parks, Crazy Golf, Karting, Algarve Shopping and many other Algarve attractions.
All apartments are independent, spacious, very comfortable, fully air conditioned with modern kitchens and full bathrooms, satellite TV with English speaking channels, CD/DVD, free and unlimited WI-FI, safes and balconies or veranda. Beautifully kept garden with a large swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.
The villa enjoys a superb location in a very quiet area but close to old town and is only 3 minutes drive ( around €4.00 - €5.00 with Uber ) from the capital of tourism in the Algarve the town of Albufeira with great restaurants, unforgettable nightlife and beautiful golden beaches.
Private secure parking inside the property grounds behind automatic gates with remote control.
Maid service is provided 3 times per week with change of linen once per week and change of towels twice per week. Please remember to bring your pool/beach towels.
Villa Eber is very popular with couples looking for peace and quiet in a quality villa accommodation, close to old town of Albufeira.
Many of our regular guests come back every year and enjoy the quality of staying in the villa in it’s own apartment at very reasonable cost.
The swimming pool is over 1,60cm deep and the villa is not suitable for small children but we would be delighted to accommodate the little ones in our other villas and small resort with apartments – please ask and I will send details.
Local restaurants - 10 min walk, local cafe 8 minutes walk – serves very good breakfast, lunch & dinner, nearest supermarket 8 min walk and larger one 12 min walk, local bus stop at Albufeira Camping - 8 min walk, Taxis are easily available to Old Town of Albufeira - 3 minutes ride ( €4.00 - €5.00 with Uber )

25% deposit required when making a reservation ( for bookings made now for 2025 we only require initial 10% deposit )
Balance ( 75% ) is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
It’s also possible to pay 25% deposit, second 25% deposit - 8 weeks before arrival and balance ( 50% ) in cash in euros on arrival. Please let us know if you prefer this payment option.
Payments can be made in sterling direct to our bank in UK or by bank transfer in euros to our bank in Portugal.
The city of Albufeira tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per day up to maximum of 7 nights ( all persons over 12 years old ) is payable on arrival
Car Hire, Taxi transfer from Airport & local information.
For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Eber.
We can also reserve private airport transfer from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €44.00 each way for 2-4 people and €52.00 for 5-6 people and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes.

Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarve countryside.
Zoomarine and water parks are 10-20 min. drive. Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira and new marina about 4-5 minutes.

Wonderful holiday at Villa Eber
By Douglas K. on 24-Jul-2025We had a wonderful holiday with our daughter at Villa Eber. Andrew gave us a very warm welcome and even left a lovely welcome gift in the refrigerator. Andrew took the time to show us around and explain everything. The apartment was always very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool was fantastic and impeccably maintained, and the garden was beautiful and lovingly landscaped. Andrew was always available and gave us great tips for restaurants and beaches. A rental car is recommended if you plan on doing a lot of sightseeing. We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Eber and would definitely book with Andrew and Ana again and highly recommend the accommodation.
Wonderful week at superb villa

Our hosts, Andrew and Ana are so welcoming and hopeful, and the apartment is super clean, comfortable and has everything one could possibly need from a holiday home. The location is peaceful, being just outside the Old Town of Albufeira, but we used taxis to travel in to town at night, rather than use our hire car which we used during the week to explore the area. No need to go anywhere if you don’t want, as the pool area is also superb. Can’t say any more other than that we can’t wait to return!
