The living area benefits from three patio windows, all leading to the balcony, which gives this apartment a light and airy feeling.
The master bedroom, which is en-suite, has a super king size bed and large built-in wardrobes.
The second bedroom has two singe beds, built in wardrobes, and is next to the second bathroom.
The kitchen, which has granite work surfaces, contains all the usual appliances, except the washing machine which is located across the apartment's hall in the utility/cloak room.
Leading from the living area is a spacious balcony with a built in BBQ to enable you to dine al fresco. The balcony has a table with four chairs, a small table with two easy chairs and two sun loungers which can also be used on the beach.
With its two bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for families and couples with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do.

Vila Rosal apartments are located just five minutes from the beach, on the outskirts of Albufeira, often referred to as the tourist capital of the Algarve.
Quiet and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes from the larger resorts such as Albufeira, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the colourful and lively marina, and many excellent restaurants including the smaller beach restaurants, for eating out.
ABOUT THE AREA
This wonderful apartment is in the peaceful area known as "Sesmarais". It has some of the most fantastic Algarve beaches just a short stroll away. Here you will find lovely white sandy beaches with some superb beach restaurants, and the red rock formations which the Algarve is famous for such as Sao Rafael, Praia Grande, Praia do Coelho, Castelo, Evaristo and the long beautiful Gale beach - all within a few minutes’ walk or drive.
In neighbouring Salgados there is a fabulous golf course with wonderful views over the Lagoas dos Salgados lagoons - part of the scenic National Ecological Reserve.
Local amenities within easy walking distance include mini supermarkets, bars and lots of great restaurants.
Spending time here is to make every day an opportunity to enjoy the things you like the most. There is a sea life centre 'Zoo marine' close by, as well as waterparks and a huge shopping centre 'Algarve Shopping' all within a 15-minute drive. Around the area there are plenty of restaurants with a variety of menus to suit everyone's tastes and budgets. Nightlife is bountiful in the neighbouring towns of Albufeira and Armacao de Pera. Neighbouring, Albufeira "Old Town" offers a safe family atmosphere with most bars having free night-time entertainment in the summer season
DESCRIPTION OF THE DESTINATION
The Algarve is one of the world's most attractive holiday destinations offering 160 km of gorgeous, golden, sandy beaches, rocky coves, clear waters, rugged cliffs and enchanting grottoes.
The region is blessed with a wonderful climate, ideal for swimming, sunbathing and water sports in summer, and mild enough in spring, autumn and winter for tennis, golf, clifftop or countryside walking, exploring and sightseeing.
Despite the obvious influence of tourism, a short drive inland reveals the true Algarve where life goes on much as it has for many centuries.
