The balcony off the open-plan lounge and dining room has a beautiful view of the sea and spectacular sunsets.
Superbly situated 5 min walk from the long sandy beach of Praia Da Oura, yet just 10 min walk from the vibrant nightlife of 'The Strip', this apartment offers the best of both worlds, with relaxation on the beach during the day and great restaurants and plenty of entertainment at night.
There is a regular bus service to the Old Town, and the bus stop and taxi rank are conveniently located close to the complex.
A variety of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars are all within a 5 min walk.
The apartment size is 125m² and consists of entrance hall; open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge; 2 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms and study/3rd twin bedroom.
All bedlinen and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
Free parking is available on the street outside the apartment and throughout the complex.
There is lift access, making it wheelchair accessible and family friendly.
Rates include weekly bedlinen and towel change.
Rates are for up to 5 people sharing. Additional charge of £56 per week for 6th person.
Check in is at 3 pm and checkout is at 10 am.
Late checkout fee subject to availability.

25% deposit (non-refundable) required on confirmation of booking; balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
EUR200 refundable security deposit also required in cash upon arrival.
